If I could leave a -100 I would, I have NEVER left a review on ANY company because I normally always brush things over but this review is worth every word I’m typing! Worst service ever! Workers are nice as pie but from the owners all the way to the one lady who delivers pizza with the very low cut is very RUDE!! She always has an attitude as if customers are bothering her , can’t name one time she hasn’t had a attitude or very sarcastic! If you don’t want to be bothered or don’t like your job please quit. Very bad look especially when people are spending money with your company. I am definitely calling Corporate!! This is the worst Papa John’s ever!!
Guess ppl inside are accustom to lying said they didn’t have the $7.99 carry out special then lied again while was in store and said it was online only. So I called the store and it all of a sudden has the carry out special and the mean ladies inside was saying it’s just better to order online. I just went across town to the other Papa Johns. This particular location sucks.
I asked for pizza sauce instead I got ranch dressing. The bread boxes was wet from the sauces they put on.
We ordered our food. An hour went by. Nothing. We checked on it, they said another hour to hour and a half. They misplaced our order. Needless to say we canceled the order. Oh but they were kind enough to still charge my card.
I tried to order delivery again by calling but now all I get is the order line when I prefer to speak to the store. When I had the guy on the phone repeat again, he sarcastically said I’m smart then repeated it. I cancelled my order. The only time I order from this store now is if I’m driving by. I miss PaPa Johns old school. I got better service in Houston when they started.
They bump the order to say that it’s ready before it’s even made. IDK. To make it seem like they are faster than they really are? I got there before it even had a chance to be made but it said that it was ready. Really?
The workers in there tonight 9/13/21 where awesome do to the friendliness I will keep going back there when I get pizza thank y’all for being awesome
I drive deliveries for this establishment, and in my opinion, they're GREAT!
The Owner and his son did a Great Job on customer service and please a customer. They went beyond customer service they were friendly and fast getting my order ? and because a call in order wasn't pick up they offered it to me? I was puzzle at first but I gladly excepted the kind gester!! The Pizza I ordered and the other pizzas were Great!! Keep up the great work!! By the way that was my family and I first time eating Papa Johns. We will be back whenwe're in the area. Great work Team.
Love this place they deliver all the way out in Greenwood! It takes a little longer but it is well worth it to us!
