My wife, my son and I went to Outback this past Saturday. It was Memorial Day weekend so I didn’t know what to expect, but we had a great experience! There weren’t many people there due to the holiday so we got seated right away. Our server was James and he was top notch! We ordered our drinks and appetizers and had our adult beverages brought to us within minutes of ordering. We all had steaks and they came out quickly and they tasted great! But what really impressed us was how well our server James treated us. He was very attentive, polite, and super quick to get us anything that we lacked. But what we noticed is that he treated every table that he attended to in the same way. He was awesome and we can’t express enough how much we appreciated his attitude and professionalism. Thank you James for your great service. If he’s there, request James as your server. You won’t regret it!
I really want to thank Dr Believe for saving my marriage. My wife really treated me badly and left home for almost 3 month this got me sick and confused. Then I told my friend about how my wife has changed towards me. Then she told me to contact Dr Believe that he will help me bring back my wife and change her back to a good woman. This was our 3rd time at this location. The first two times were great but this third time was awful. Fried mushrooms were over cooked and tasted like old grease. Mac and cheese was super dry. My mixed drink was watered down from sitting on the bar for so long. Service was super slow. Took way to long to get anything when she only had us and 2 other tables. Had to get up to get my own take-out box and ticket so we could finally leave.
Loved my experience here! It started before we even entered the restaurant; they opened the doors for us, welcomed us and the hostess seated us promptly. The Bloom'in Onion was great, and my steak was cooked perfectly! Our server checked in with us, our drinks remained full and a manager checked on us as well. Couldn't have had a better experience!

This meal was so flavorful and fresh! I hadn’t been to outback before and now I regret it!! The service was super fast and made sure we were always taken care of, but the food was definitely the star of the show!
Greeting at the offset was very good and professional. We were seated right away. Server was kind and helpful. This was our 1st visit. He suggested the blooming shrimp dish. It was very good. The service was very good throughout the entire visit.
Catherine was an exceptional waitress. The restaurant was full of people, but she was quick with everything that I needed and didn’t forget a thing. Wish more places had people like here. Will definitely come back more often.
We had the best dinner at Outback Steakhouse-Midland this evening. We ordered a Filet and Alice Springs Chicken and everything was cooked to perfection. Our server was prompt, friendly and made sure our evening was enjoyable. We will definitely be returning.
We were there with a somewhat large party. Our waitress was entirely to overwhelmed with our large group and was then assigned another large group that was very demanding from what we could hear them saying. On top of these two large groups she also had two booths. Our table ran out of drinks and we did not get refills till our food was delivered. The food was ok for the price but nothing I would travel back for. This was our first experience and unfortunately left little to no desire to return. The manager was very kind and understanding but unfortunately the damage had already been done.
