We went Fri night for daughter graduating. Hostess were amazing but went down from there we placed our order and included appetizers well got drinks then later appetizers arrived but just after our meal waitress forgot our salads she said she would bring them ok it's fine at this point. Saw table next to us getting salad served like it always does. Well we were halfway through our meal asked waitress for our salad again she said she be back. Well she was back alright she brought 4 salads back in 4 carryout containers. No cheese no nothing. Even the guest around us were looking at how we were treated. It was embarrassing. I have never experienced this type of treatment at olive garden. I was upset didn't even finish my meal kept my mouth shut because I didn't want to take it out on everyone when it was only 1 person who acted ill towards us. I'm sorry but but waitress if you don't like the color of my skin doesn't mean you don't show us the same kind of respect as the rest of the guest. I'm not a dog to be feed out of a plastic container. Shame on you. That's why u only got $15 Tip. It could have been $30 I usually Tip 20pct. Because I was a server once and know the challenges you go through but this is never called for
Well, I remember why I do not come to this Olive Garden!! Seated us in one area. Bar seat was closed! We requested to move because of screaming kids and mess everywhere. Person we requested from wanted to move us just one table across from where we was. Asked to see manager he said we could sit where ever we wanted as long as it was on the same side of the restaurant. So the very rude hostess said “you really want to speak to a manager over this”. Well, yes I do that is why I asked to speak with someone!! Takes all sorts to make the world go around but I do not have to put up with them when I can just get up and politely leave. We will not return to this dirty restaurant.
My husband and I ordered Olive Garden to enjoy at home but when we looked at it we were disappointed with how the food was. Usually when we order inside the food has more sauce but unfortunately if you order to go the food will be poorly prepared with just melted cheese and dry. There was spaghetti on the tortellini pasta and for 60 dollars for two, it's not worth it. Save your money or eat inside instead or go somewhere else.
Placed order online for curbside pick upWhen we got the order home, the neglected to put the lasagna classico entree we order. I have been trying to call for an hour and no one answers or they answer and hang up.?Paid $16.00 for an entree we didn't get .Plus the food was cold and the gnocchi soup tasted like it had gone bad.Very disappointed. Total waste of money.I should have just cooked at home!We will not be eating here again! For the price of the entrees here you would expect much better quality and service.
This was my 3rd visit in over the last couple of months, the two past visits neither time did they have the soup that I ordered and both times were during their lunch times. So today (2/26/2022) I asked the hostess to verify that they had soup since all I order is soup and salad. She confirmed that yes the restaurant had both the soup that I wanted and the one that my husband wants. We were seated and placed our order and it took over 35 minutes to get drinks , soup, salad and breadsticks. Not sure if the staff was new or not but it appeared that she only had our table and one other. First bowls of soup the were very cold (broth was thick from just sitting there). We asked for another bowl of each, by the time she returned we were out of salad. My bowl was lukewarm but my husband bowl was cold and not edible once again asked for third bowl which took a very long time for it to come out and when it did it wasn’t any hotter than the 2 previous bowls. I believe this was the worst food and service we have ever received in any Olive Garden Restaurant . We will not be coming back and if you are looking for a good soup and salad I would go somewhere else.
I don’t know what happened, but this place has turned into absolute trash. The service is horrible, the wait time to get the food or ridiculous and the food came out ICE COLD! Also, the waiter never came back to give refills or to ask if we needed anything else. We will not be returning to this location.
This is absolutely the worst restaurant to eat at!!! The place is even filthy as the hostess is walking you to your seat--you see nothing but dirty tables in the restaurant. I had to send my peach-tea back twice because it wasn't even sweet. Finally i just told the waitress to bring me a coke instead. Only the bread sticks and salad were good, but how can you ruin something like that. When we finally received our dinner plates, the dishes had no flavor. My family and I have been to many Olive Garden's all over we have enjoyed the food and never had complaints. I am even giving this place a second chance because I came here 4 months ago and had the exact same terrible experience; I thought maybe I just came on an off day. No, this place is consistently bad!! This place should be just closed down permanently. My Italian frozen dinner had better taste than what they serve here. The Olive Garden in Odessa is much better and worth the extra 15 minute drive.And please, there no need leave the typical review response of "if you would like to discuss this further, please leave us your email blah, blah, blah..." There is nothing to discuss.
I love this location. They always are on point. I usually order curbside pickup and of course my order has special request. It’s always taken Care of!!!
I have to say this was not a good experience. Waitress asked what we wanted to drink let her know and she keep saying which one is that had to show her a picture of the drink from menu. Asked her for soup and salad another waiter had to bring us our drinks ordered our food my son loves spaghetti but he didn't touch it said it was nasty . My fettuccine pasta was stuck together had to get another waiter to help us due to our waitress not going to check on us Even had to ask her if she can take our salad plates and salad bowl she was making faces the whole time . Would not be going here any more maybe olive garden should start worrying about make sure there food is good instead of trying to pack the restaurant up
Went there with my Friend, very nice waitress Jamie, very nice person. A real asset to OG, had not been to OG since I can remember and will go back soon, soup and salad is awesome. CWO3 Ian M.Garland
