I absolutely loved this place. It's a make it yourself yogurt place. Mine was absolutely delicious. You get the frozen yogurt and then the toppings. Normally you pay by the ounce from what I understood but we were in there at their happy hour which is Monday through Friday 1:00 to 5:00. And happy hour is $5 a cup for as much stuff as you can put in there. The lady that was at the register was extremely friendly and helpful in explaining the whole process to us. I am now a firm convert to menchie's. I give it my highest recommendation.

I am an active duty service member plus I WAS at regular a this place, we go every Tuesday and Thursday. I’ve bought multiple cakes from them, however this week was terrible. I went in Tuesday and was overcharged for a yogurt, they didn’t know how to refund my money on my card so they said next time I come in I will get a free one. So I came back on Thursday and Ariana(the employee) was very rude and disrespectful about the whole situation, she argued with me and DID NOT even get my phone number so I can keep adding on to my points. I’ve never been so disrespected and treated so rudely in my life. The situation was small and could of been fixed but her attitude was pure trash! Please look at the time stamp on the receipt and go back and review the cameras.

Braxton's customer service was great he was very helpful, he has great communication skills, and would recommend others to goamd try it out. They got a variety of flavors and toppings . My family enjoyed it.
Very friendly staff. No sugar added strawberry was yummy! I added some fresh strawberries and blueberries. Oh so good!!I highly recommend this place and am so happy they are in Midland!!
