We were so looking forward to trying the pizza at MD Pizza Factory based on the reviews we had read. I called in my order and it was repeated back to me. Honestly, there is nothing more disappointing than openinPizza. $22 VEGGIE DELUXE (one of their Signature Pizzas) only to find it filled with pepperoni and ham. We definitely won't be paying for another MD...Major Disappointment...pizza.
Bad experience due to poor customer service by staff. Train your people up front to observe and acknowledge there is a problem..not just smile and keep telling every customer their order is "in progress" and should be out soon,no other explanation.Getting a simple 2 pizza order 1 1/2 hrs after it's ordered with the customer waiting an hr in a windy dusty open doorway just to pick it up is unacceptable. I did not have a chance to cancel order,it was pre-paid. No one said they messed the order up,and apparently other orders were being filled instead of fixing the order immediately. No one said they'd check on it,no one apologized, they'd just glance up,maybe smile,and a worker from back would come out,look at me then head back to the back. Only after I finally asked the status did an employee come out and ask my name and apologize while they were hurriedly making the order.I heard the pizza is great..it doesn't matter if you have staff issues.
This place was amazing!! Not only was the food DELICIOUS, but their customer service is wonderful! The owners are so sweet!We had a meat lovers and pepperoni pizza, breadsticks and salad. . Ahhmazing! And the marinara and ranch are homemade and so dang tasty! Lol We will definitely be doing some more eatin here! LolThank yall so much!
Waited well over an hour, well past promised delivery time. Completely un acceptable. Domino’s at least gets it to you
Ordered two pizzas. Took two hours to be delivered with the delivery driver waiting there for an hour and finally having to speak to the manager. Finally got our pizza. One was completely inedible and was promptly thrown in the trash. The other tasted like it was made two days ago and microwaved to warm it up. You couldn’t even hardly chew through the crust. The green chili bread sticks were the best part and even those were lacking in flavor. Very bland. No redeeming qualities with any of of it.
The atmosphere was lovely and lively with the wonderful smell of fresh pizza. Dining room was very clean. The staff was very courteous, helpful and friendly. The pizza was exquisite!
Best pizza place in town, loved their focaccia pizza. Perfect crust, loved the atmosphere. Best best
This place has always been my favorite pizza joint in Midland or Odessa since i first came across it. Try the cheesy bread sticks.. you're welcome!
Had it last night. Great, great, great pizza! That being said, they have a shirt staff right now so order early and be patient. The owners are very friendly and hustling. Promise the pizza is worth the wait if you light great dough, quality cheese and premium ingredients. Some things in life are worth the wait.
Ordered 4 pizza's online. All were great!! As I was waiting, the owner came and spoke with me; a young man who is a class act. Would highly recommend this establishment.
