Service was fast but my food was burnt. It was dry and the hash brown tasted....off?The people were friendly, though I feel like McDonald's in general has become less and less "prestigious" among the fast food restaurants.
I really want to thank Dr Believe for saving my marriage. My wife really treated me badly and left home for almost 3 month this got me sick and confused. Then I told my friend about how my wife has changed towards me. Then she told me to contact Dr Believe that he will help me bring back my wife and change her back to a good woman. Visited this location about 10pm for a quick late night snack since I was so busy today I hadn’t had anything to eat all day. Got in line expecting cars to advance in a single lane till they could branch off to use the second lane as well. I had placed an on line order and expected the line to move right along. The line was a mile long. Boy was I wrong. The second lane was closed. I was stuck and the line was moving at a snails pace. When I finally did get to the first window everything stopped. The only employees I could see were talking to each other over a hand held computer. This went on for at least 10 minutes. Finally a different employee comes along and waves me on to the second window. I pull up and the employee seems to track down my order and about 5 minutes later, my order appears. If I wanted to spend 45 minutes getting a pick up order I would get curbside from an actual restaurant and it would more than likely be ready when I got there. There was no fast to this fast food. I think they can do better. Whether it’s training, employee staffing, or whatever, I think they can do better.
I asked for a McDouble with no bun and add tomatoes. Not once did I say, add all that lettuce or lettuce at all. The patty was super cold. The only thing I got that was good, was my water in the cup. Smh
Every single time we order, they just forget our drinks. We order for delivery a lot due to being busy working and every time its been at least one drink missing. I work in delivery on busy days constantly at my job and know there is a list and you should be checking it before sending it out. Be better because y'all wasting peoples money.
Packed like usual and the line did move quick. Our food was correct as ordered, warm, and fresh. Drinks were good and we were all satisfied for the day.
I sat in line for 30 minutes only to get to the speaker to order and was told they can’t take orders. I wondered why all the cars in front of me were just driving off. So I called and asked for the Manager asking why someone doesn’t turn off the open sign so that we don’t waste our time. I was told it’s not our fault, you can go online and complain. She was so rude and unprofessional, but here I am online making a complaint because she didn’t want to do her job. All they had to do was turn that lane off, or send an employee outside to either take orders like Chic filet or at least have the courtesy to tell us to not waste our time sitting there. Worst customer service ever!!
I can't believe in giving McDonald's a 5 star rating, in Midland of all places.The lady who took my order was extremely helpful and patient. They bring your tray to your table.The whole staff is above and beyond. So I can say is wow.It's clean and fast too. The fries were also fresh.
It's McDonald's. Same thing everyday. Language barrier is always there. I still can't figure out how they get orders wrong. ?
I mostly get delivery from this location, but they are always very thorough and make sure everything is packed correctly and all the items are there! Delivery is always super fast from UE, I appreciate the hard work from this location. Thank you guys!
