Slow getting food out & the play area was closed. Kids are the only reason we go to McDonald's & the play area being closed was a major let down for them.
I ordered 3 things, a big Mac combo, a extra drink and 20 nuggets, food got delivered and I received 20 nuggets burger and drinks..... I ORDERED 3 FREAKING THINGS HOW DID YOU FORGET THE FRIES OF A COMBO AND NUGGET SAUCE ON THAT
Should still honor a breakfast order at 10:33 when you've been waiting in line for 30 minutes. It's not like we just drove up at that time and expected breakfast knowing it ends at 10:30. but when we have been sitting in line that long, it should still be honored. It wasnt our fault they were slow. If they were still going to cut off breakfast orders at 10:30 for those who had been waiting, they shouldve sent a walker out to tell us not to expect breakfast.
Can’t ever get the order right. It’s exhausting! Reading orders and following instructions cannot be that hard, it’s not rocket science. Haha and McDonald’s employees want 15 dollar minimum wage.
This is my go to place on the mornings I work. Normally it is one of the only places open that early, which is quick, AND had pretty good iced coffee. Today I rolled up at about 0535 like always, only 2 cars in front of me. We wait about 15 minutes and there is no answer from the drive through. The other cars drive off but I decide to pull forward to the window. Wait another 5 minutes without any answer but I clearly see employees in the building. I eventually knocked on the window to get their attention. A nice older lady walks over to the window and proceeds to tell me that "No managers showed up so we are not open for business, I'm sorry". Apparently your employees showed up to work for and get paid for nothing all because they don't know how to do their job without being micromanaged. This is completely unacceptable to be honest and this is why no one believes that McDonald's employees should make more than minimum wage, they can't even run a drive through window without a manager telling them what to do and not only that but they willingly let people sit in the line and waste their time. It wouldn't, it shouldn't, no it ISN'T that hard to even just communicate and say "Sorry we are closed" but instead I am now stuck without any breakfast or coffee because I waited in that line and used all of my time I could have spent going somewhere else. McDonald's, you guys need to fix this.
Absolutely great service they actually got my order right it was about time.
Dirty tables. army of employees in back slopping the food on the ensemble line. no one up front at the registers. the one employee upfront cleaning the walls?? starts cleaning tables with the same dirty used rag?? wow?? thats disgusting????!!!! talk about i dont give a crap!?!?!? no place to get napkins anywhere in the dining area?? you had to go upfront and wait to get someone attention to get the napkins?? this is why I dont eat at a McDonald's in west Texas they suck.
Tonight we did 2 separate orders. During the first one the cashier told me we could not use the mobile coupon in drive they only in the app when it is redeemable in drive thru. While waiting at the second window the manager gave me this rude look about why we were sitting there nobody had a head set on in the front to know we had 2 orders and said they needed my receipt and matched everything on the screen to it like I was lying horrible customer service. My holiday pie was cold like it was sitting in the back. There was a lot of people so there is no excuse why the pies are not in the warmer it was also not busy at all. This location is horrible with no customer service at all.
Luckily no one got sick! But you can tell the patty was under cooked. Long lines as usual and very poor employee attitude. Half the time your food is practically thrown at you at the drive through. This definitely the worst McDonald's to go to thus far. This occurred on 10/09/21
i went there monday order a mcrib meal and a extra mcrib and my fries where cold also came home later i got food poisoning from this place i've been sick for 2 days now this place need the health department to check there workers it crazy how they aren't making sure there food is properly prepared i ended up in the hospital because of this mcdonald's
