great location, but the lobby closes early and curbside delivery stops at 7 p.m. it's all drive thru after 6 p.m.
Ordered through the drive- thru, waited like 25 minutes. Ordered a Big Mac. No lettuce. Extra pickles with subbing the minced onion with slivered onion. What I got was. A Big Mac that had no cheese on it. Only 2 pickles, no extra. Then no onions at all. Barely any sauce on it. Clearly to the one who was fixing the burgers tonight could have cared less about his job and the customers. So disappointed. Tried calling them once I got home and realizing my order was not as I had ordered it at all. No one would answer the phone. Customer service is just awful these days.
Unfortunately I was let down today when the drive-through line we try to place an order the two for $6 and we will inform that they no longer have that special I mentioned that I just seen the commercial last night and they apologize so I apologize and left the line and went somewhere else
Great, it was really sweet of the people in the vehicle in front of me to pay for my order. Thank you so very much for my coffee and MkChicken sandwich!
It was quick and easy. The food was good. The tables were clean.
Time and time again they fail. Common examples of their failures include slow service, incorrect orders, cold food, old fries, improperly cooked fries, poor customer care when handling issues. Drive through average time is 20 minutes, the managers are very often incompetent in the evenings. Day time service isn’t much better cold fries are common the overall quality of everything at this location is garbage worthy employees included. Avoid this place.
My kids loved it but what do they know the fries are always old and cold
The manager like tossed our tray on our table when she brought our food.. McRib only had BBQ sauce on half the sandwich, and my husband's big mac's cheese was next to the sandwich in the box..
This McDonalds is always quick, and their customer service is amazing.
Fries were cold, cheeseburger looked stale and the person taking the order couldn't find apple slices on the register so he couldn't sell them. Can you believe that???
