Will not be visiting this site any more I do not work for you there for I should not have to place my order anywhere but at the counter you forget without customers you have nothing customer service is job number one not self service
Waited to order for 30min for an employee to come tell me I had to use the screens myself to order. I don't work there. Employee are ignorant that, the self order screen will take their job, an where extremely rude about it.
This location exists in a truck stop yet refuses to serve truck drivers, while they are remodeling and have their lobby closed, they also refuse to accept mobile orders and only allow curbside via the app to non CMVs only. Even during COVID closures many other locations still offered app related curbside to customers unable to fit in drive thru due to length and height restrictions, this location refuses all commerce with the people who deliver their product allowing them to stay in business. Very distasteful and piss poor business model.
This McDonald’s is trash. Gotten multiple cold/still frozen McGriddles on multiple occasions. On top of that, no notice of McDonald’s being closed for remodel. Would have stopped at a different truck stop if I knew this. Won’t be stopping at this McDonald’s or pilot anymore.

Usually McDonald's is the most consistently similar in food, taste, presentation and freshness. Ordered the recently released and mass marketed Sea, Air and land as a personal challenge. Thought why not, been on road all day and hungry. Seen it advertised as one giant sandwich. It was actually 3 separate. Chicken was dried out and luke warm, fish was hot, Big Mac meat had been sitting in warmer or wasn't hot, fresh but dry. Fries were hot & fresh. Staff left us waiting to take our order. Tables needing cleaning. However just staff was young and very busy. They were friendly. So as consistency, they were a little below average.UPDATE: ordered Breakfast and it was spot on. Bravo.
Food was served quickly and the fries were delicious.The only reason for 4 stars was due to lobby was a little bit dirty. But this was inside a truck stop so yeah.
Go to literally any other McDonalds in the area. Last 2 times I went there the service was incredibly bad. Employees have bad attitudes and my orders were either wrong or missing items.
Not a big fan of any McDonald's. Usually just breakfast. Front was rather clean for the area.
McDonald's is a all-time favorite its nit always that convenient die to long drive threw lines but it's quick and easy bby..... Yeahhhh
