Not to happy again with McAlisters. The first time, a couple of weeks ago, I put in an online order for a large chicken ceasar salad, and got a side salad instead, along with the rest of my order which was correct. I called and let them know, thew wanted me to go back same day, and I could not, so over 22 bucks that day, for a small salad. Today, I placed my order online, again, at 1150. Site said my order would be ready by 1206. Great I showed up and no order. Told them my name, and still no order. 20 min later I tell the Mgr, I would like to cancel the order and get a refund, she asked for my name, and continued what she was doing, smh. 1240, she asked me for my name again, and goes to the back to make my sandwich, mind you it was supposed to be no cheese on it, but of course it had cheese, the bread was hard and honestly it was pretty nasty. This used to be a great place with great customer service, but it has gone down, so not happy with the service and food
The morning crew is alsome. They understand speed of service and customer service. The night crew walks around and spends a lot of time on there phone. This poor older lady seemed like she had to run it alone. She even asked a young man with long hair to take the food to a customer and he gets upset dropping the fork on the floor. Even if you don't like your job it was the disrespect in front of the customers that got to me.
We wanted to sit down and have a meal as a family, we walked in and the manager looked upset, THE MANAGER!!! She shrugged her shoulders and made a sigh sound. OK, we proceeded to get ready to order and they said they closed the dining area. We would have to take it to go! Seriously? 1 hour and 12 minutes before closing? We called the other McAllister on Wadley and they are opened.We made it on time and are enjoying our sandwich. The Rankins excuse? They are short staffed. When I told this to the manager at Wadley location they laughed and apologized. A bunch of lazy good for nothing s at Rankin!!! Don't waste your time and make the drive to Wadley location!
went into the have lunch , not knowing tat i would be waiting n line for almost 25 minutes.3 people in front of me. the cashier looked confused ?. like she didn't know how to take orders. well finally made it to place my order . this girl was soooo dam slow. manager standing there. tables dirty ? 6 people behind me now..she seem like she didn't know wat she was doing,and kept calling for help . ?? after I gave her my order, twice to make sure she got tat rite. all my oder was wrong?? never will I go back with my family.
Terrible service! I ordered online for delivery & while my family including 3 children were patiently waiting for our food to arrive, they decide to cancel my order 20min after promised delivery time. No call from them at all. Just an email and text sent like I said 20 min after our food was supposed to arrive. I called 5times before the store even closed and no answer. But they took my money out of my credit card. Terrible Service!!! Never ordering from here again and yes I emailed the corporate office.
Chicken and dumplings are good. Definitely need to work on customer service. And how does an employee working for McCalister's, who is cashiering on her shift, be aloud to wear a Sonic's jacket? Thought I was in the wrong place for a moment.
First off they were really slow, took like 15 min to order. Took us a while to get half of our drinks when your suppose to get them right after u order. Then they bring over our food and everything was messed up on the orders. When bringing the food as well they were going over my head to hand it to the person across from me. Then also almost smacking my brother in the face with a plate. When you get up to ask them to fix order lady gives attitude right away. They need some working on.
Great food, cashier Makayla was quiet and a little rude. Felt like I was more of an inconvenience than a welcomed guest. May or May not come back.
