If paying $15/lb for crawfish is your thing paired with bad customer service. This is your spot. My boyfriend and I frequented the truck but todays conversation made sure he lost us and everyone we know as a customer.
Recommend 10/10 Best Cajun food truck in the Permian basin. Justin and his father are guys who are from Louisiana and when it come to there food you can definitely taste it! The gumbo and Boudin balls were amazing and there spring rolls were awesome as well! They go to woodys every Saturday and it’s worth it!
Owner and staff were fantastic. Cool place cool atmosphere. Orderd the crawfish etouffee and it put my grandma’s to shame. Would give a sixth star if I could.

We saw this food truck today leaving midland on loop 250.I’m always looking for new food trucks and this one being Cajun caught my eye.i will tell you that the door was amazing.i has the chicken and sausage gumbo and a boudin ball and my daughter for the catfish étouffée.It was all soooo good!!The rue was perfect!! highly recommend!

Midland has never had much for Cajun food but these guys are like a road trip to Lafayette without having to wait for days off. Friendly family service and fantastic bayou flavors
