If I could give 0 stars I would. Since the moment we walked in we got such negative energy from one employee. We were visiting out from out of town and we had heard such great things about this place. The girl that took our order was extremely rude and did not want to help. She was also the same when our friends were ordering. As soon as a group of gentlemen walked in her attention was fully on them being polite and helping them first. She the very loudly told her co worker to complete our order as we were too annoying. Even after realizing we heard and also spoke Spanish She did not once apologize and continued to be rude. The older lady that helped us was extremely nice and apologized on her behalf. Also I feel as she overly priced me when I went back for a receipt I was told they were unable to reprint.
Was in line since 9:45Pm at drive thru with 3 cars in front of us. They rudley put up a sign on window that they were closed instead of taking care of the car in front of us and us they just put up the sign and ignored us. I loved this place and go at least 3 times a week but I will not be returning.

The girl who took my order charged me wrong didn’t care to give me my money back and told me she couldn’t do anything about it then proceeded to be rude. Also I had to throw away my whole cup of watermelon because it had a horrible old sour taste. I wouldn’t waste my time or money here. For sure one of the worst paleterias I’ve ever been to.

I would give it no stars . I don't understand why they had a small child handling my drinks at the drive thru window he was coughing all over them putting the straw in his mouth and grabbing gum that was on the outside of the window. And the lady was just letting him ...I just threw my stuff away. ?

Amazing tacos and delicious aguas
Rude ladies. They will give you the STALE CRUMBS for the chilidrina. Will be finding other place to go to instead of here! Even the last time I went I asked for a fully loaded churro and the lady didn’t load it and said “that’s how it comes” umm it comes with nothing on it? Than don’t call it loaded.. don’t waste your money at this place.
