The younger girl African-American girl in the morning cashier is awesome very good customer service. The lady at night very grumpy and takes it out on you. When you do a to go order she is very disrespectful when she doesn’t like you can’t even bring my food out to me I had another person in the restaurant. I hope she learns customer service
Kuo's is back for indoor dining! We enjoy this neighborhood staple. There is a great selection and the waitstaff was extremely friendly. The flavors on some items were a little bit less flavorful than anticipated but overall still very good place to eat at.

Disappointment is a understatement. I used to eat here when the former owner , a elderly lady who has since moved on was around. The new ownership has since degraded the quality of the food , as many who have eluded to. The real customers who used to order and eat at the former ownership knows the food was of more quality, and at a reasonable price. How are you literally going to charge universally 35 percent more , and the quality of the food has went down. I understand inflation , as many prices everywhere has increased , but not as compensation for quality of food going down and the porrion sizes being radically and substnstially less than after new ownership took over. The price increase is too way too steep to justify the great restaurant that KUOs used to be .

We got take-out last night and my son fell deathly ill with food poisoning in the middle of the night. He ate the sesame chicken. Stay away from this place!
This place used to be so good. As a Chinese, I don’t think it’s 100% authentic Chinese or Taiwanese food but at least it’s not as greasy or salty as typical Americanized Chinese takeout food. It’s been almost a year since I stopped by at this place. The previous old sweet lady is gone and the young lazy receptionist was RUDE and it’s getting so expensive now. Smh
this place service is HORRIBLE. food sucks. the staff is extremely rude. it's super dark and dusty everywhere. I was hung up on after I was cussed out while trying to place a order and they blocked my phone number. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!!!! DEFINITELY 0 STARS OUT OF 10!!!!!!
Picked up dinner at 515. We ordered beef & broccoli, fried rice and chicken lo mein. It was DISGUSTING!!!!! None of us could eat it. Makes me so ver sad because this place use to be great. So disappointed!
