I ordered a 5 pc Nashville hot with a side of coleslaw and a Dr Pepper. The lady tells me that they don’t have biscuits nor do they have pickles and tells me that she’ll have my total at the window. So I pull up to the window and she tells me that my meal is $12.?? I ask her if she is serious and she says yes. I asked her if that’s the price with the pickles and biscuits and she tells me yes. I then ask her why she’s charging me full price when I’m not getting my full meal and asked if she could give another side to make it up and she tells me no and then takes the bag back. All I can say is WOW

I honestly don't know how they got a couple of 5 star reviews recently because this place is an absolute mess, a waist of time and money. Long wait times only for your order to be missing items and for you to find out items aren't available AFTER ordering. Staff members are highly unbothered and aren't even friendly. Will not be returning and don't understand how this location is still open.

Service was horrible. They won't let you complete ordering without interuptupting you. Slams the drive through window in your face while you are speaking to them. Runs out of meat and chicken and the correct size drinks cups. Charge you for what comes with the meal and gives you the next size down.

Went to the taco bell thats in the KFC worst one ever. Will definitely not return to it. Crunch wrap no meat in it thats sad for the prices u have to pay for that these days!!

they forgot to put sauce which was included in my order and I had to remind them of my pepsi, also I ordered mashed potatoes with no gravy and they put gravy in

Did not have the 3 wing meal which i have ordered all across country. They did not have original recipe chicken. They got my two piece order incorrect an they did not include my fork or napkin or cookie.

Ordered on the app and arrived about 10 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. No one helped me for several minutes and my order hadn't even been prepared. The lady that I spoke with had on sandals so I said I just wanted to cancel my order. I was told since it was on the app they couldn't do that. I called the number I was given and left a message and never heard back so I just disputed the charge with my bank. I sent an email to KFC and received a response 28 days later. Horrible, I have no idea how they're still open.

Employees were hiding over in the Drive-Thru not very customer driven team member from the kitchen had to come and get them out of the drive-thru to help us

Worse customer service!!!

Service in the drive through took half an hour. Only a few cars in front. That was very frustrating but the customer service was good once we got to the window to get our food.
