Very unprofessional, unorganized and the staff is rude. I drive for doordash and I went to this store to pick up the order for my customer. I was told that the order was not there and that it must be at the other location. I drove across town to the other location just to be told it was not there either. The manager at the other store personally called the manager at the Midland drive location to confirm the order and they magically had it. I came back to this store for the order and they asked me why the order was not picked up on time and I told them I was told it was not here and that they didn't have my customers name and that they told me to check the other location. Come to find out they had it, but it was not even correct. They had to remake the food and I was finally on my way. On top of that they also didn't have other people's orders correct. Very unorganized and unprofessional.
They did a great job today! Last time they were out of chicken but this time was fantastic! My order was right and fresh!The drive thru people were very helpful and nice! Hopefully it stays like this. Great job!!
Had me waiting for 30 min just to tell me the store was closed at 4pm on Saturday when online it says open. I knocked on the door and the lady started screaming at me telling me there’s isn’t any workers when I seen 5 people in uniform in the kitchen. Horrible place I don’t recommend to anyone!
We ordered the 8pc variety pack meal via your app, order # 3320759. Our bucket ONLY contained drums and thighs - no chicken breasts! This is unacceptable, we will probably not come back.
Worst place to get your food, Do not go here. Warning the food sucks and takes forever. Drive thru is the worst. They will charge you the food you order but never give it to you. PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE THIS PLACE....
Sorry mf’s. Next time someone orders chicken let them know there is no white meat. How you charge full price for a bunch of chicken legs!!!
Order online to skip the line, get here and the doors are locked. Guy said I have to go threw the drive threw to pick up. Been sitting in the drive threw for 20 min now, foods been done 25 min
Customer service deserves zero stars and the food must have been sitting in the bag for an hour and a half while I was in the drive through. It was so soggy I couldn't eat it. Terrible business
If I could give a zero star, I would totally have given it! I went to the drive thru and they are so rude! The girl that took my order was white and named, MKinzie, she was sooo rude at taking the order. This is NOT my First Time ordering so I know what I want! I always order just the chicken and one side but she Told Me I CANT Do That Because it Come with a Meal Only so I have to have four sides…… like ma’am, That’s how I’ve always order so I don’t know why she is saying that. Anyway, I just canceled the side and take the chicken only. She was so rude at taking my order, I also politely asked her to please put some hot sauce and utensils but She Did not PUT Anything and gave us attitudes. We waited for her to give us sauce and Utensils but she didn’t, so we wait and knock but she ignore us and went away. I Am Absolutely DISAPPOINTED.
This is the gravy they gave me for my massed potatoes the chicken I order was suppose to be original and I got ex crispy I tried to call them 5 times still no answer all this after waiting 30 mins for our order
