Had a great dinner with Caitlyn S and Tia Armstrong at the bar. One of the best steaks I’ve had in the Permian in a while. Beers were cold, bar was clean, staff was friendly and hustling. Manager Jeffrey even cooked our steaks to perfection. We will definitely be back!
My experience there was fantastic. As soon as I entered the hostess seated me and was very friendly. I asked my server, Christina, what she suggested I order. She recommended the Ribeye which I chose to try. The customer who came in at the next table right after I received it said he smelled it outside as he entered and it smelled awesome. I asked who cooked it and Christina said Jeff. Jeff knows how to cook! Christina was very friendly and efficient. I usually order a coke and water due to the servers not checking on their customers, not there though. A very enjoyable meal and they will definitely be seeing more of me there.
I was excited to stop in here for dinner since we no longer have one in my town. I sure was disappointed. The bread was good and the dipping oil was very good. I had the combination plate with chicken parmigiana with spaghetti and raviolis with jalapeño cream sauce. It was terrible, all of it. The chicken parm was definitely pre made and microwaved. It was disgustingly tough and chewy and the sauce was horrible. One bite and that was all I could handle so I tried the spaghetti, nope, still bad. The sauce was used on both and had a horrible spoiled taste. On to the raviolis, these weren’t as bad but I would never order them again. The sauce had canned pickled jalapeños and it tasted awful with cream sauce.I won’t go back here for awhile, if ever.
Great service, good food. Ahlana our server was great and fast. As far as the food goes. Appetizers were pretty darned good. Entre was decent. No complaints from us. Will return.
The pizza was good (reheated it's salty) the Johnny Combo, omg looks like they just dumped sauce on it, which they did, could've been executed better. I'll try them again, maybe I'll have a better experience next time.
I’m not usually one to complain, but we will not be back. We understand restaurants are short-staffed but that was not the cause of the things happening there. I never send plates back, but I did today, more than once. We’ve been coming to this location for two years and it’s progressively gone downhill. Today, we were taken to a dirty table (thankfully I carry Clorox wipes because all tables were semi-cleaned), given dirty silverware TWICE, waited a looong time for my husband’s salad, my first penne with tomato sauce came out cold (before his appetizer nachos). I asked for my pasta to at least be microwaved since it was room temperature at best. They remade it, except the remake was with meat sauce and I don’t eat meat. I just gave up and cancelled my order because everyone around us was having to send plates back too. Nachos finally came out and they were burnt chips with a pound of tomatoes, which he’d asked to be held. The waitress did not have her long hair tied back and was constantly running her hands through her hair, holding her hair back to set items on tables. Every table had something wrong with orders. Actually, almost every individual had something wrong with their order. All waitresses were returning food to the cooks, it was like a revolving door of wrong orders. I’ve never seen anything like that. This was at the very beginning of lunch hour on a Sunday; the real rush had not even hit yet.
My waitress was so awesome her name was caitlyn. She was so kind and so helpful. Give her a good review if you get her as a waitress.
