I have started to try out these smoothies to mix in more healthy nutrition into my diet. I have been happily surprised that these smoothies taste GREAT.At this Jamba they have extremely happy courteous employees. The customer service is beyond outstanding.I have a medium berry protein smoothie in the picture. It cost about five dollars and is worth every penny.The drive through is pretty fast considering they make each smoothie from scratch with each order.I’ll definitely continue coming here!
Dirty blonde shift leader is amazing. Absolutely incredible attitude and service. He let me know about some brand new peanut butter and he made me a Peanut Butter Moo’d that was delicious. Actually, extra delicious!!! It’s always nice when your cashier is attractive, also. Nice music ? and pretty clean. This is not a review for Jamba, it’s only for Ethan Nance. Jamba is like a 1 star establishment. I will never pay 7 dollars for a smoothie. Mr. Jamba himself would have to squirt the peanut butter into my gaping maw for me to pay those ridiculous prices. THEFT!!!!!!!! Nothing against Ethan, he is an amazing person and employee. When I visit and he’s there, I can trust that the place is extremely clean and friendly!!!! Very disappointed the lobby was closed today… I had to use the ladies room and had to walk across the street to another restaurant and return back to pay for my drinks. That was such an inconvenience and upon speaking to the manager… she explained she’d lose her job if she allowed me to use the restroom! Really!? I understand you guys are low on staff but would it have hurt for a lady to use the restroom!? When you have to go.. you gotta go but I guess nobody cares about others these days!! I placed an order today for a vanillaBlue sky bowl, I also paid extra for extra granola which I did not receive. This is what I received in my bowl today! I had to head straight to work and didn’t realize there were issues with my order until it was too late. I was only issued a refund for 95 cents because they forgot to add the extra granola I had ordered. The manager tried to tell me these “bananas” are fresh and not bad at all. They’re literally black...come on now. The service at this location has gone down a lot since I first started going there.
