Fast service and the food was good.I ordered the breakfast burrito which to my surprise was bigger than I was expecting.It all tasted great and would come back again.
Went in at 9:30 on a Sunday. Walked in but was told they were closed even though there is a big 24/7 sign on the door. I asked to talk to a manager but was told by a guy out of uniform behind the counter that they didn’t have a manager and he made the rules when to close. He told me his name was Adrian pretty sure he was high he had a hard time making sense while talking. Never going back.
Waited 15 min before they realized you were ordering then another 30 to even get my food had to get off to ask for a refund or if the food was ready. First time experiencing this at this location
The employee working today had the nerve to use my card for something personal. there were 2 charges on my card for jack in the box when I only made 1 order. I tried calling 3 times but it just keeps ringing and ringing and then it eventually hangs up. Do not go here you will get ripped off.
I was going to complain but after seeing reviewers photos and hearing the stories it's really easy. The place suffers from lazy management and I mean laziest of lazy along with employees that have no integrity. Yall should probably just get off door dash also.
Food was made quickly just don't go through drive through late at night line is long as hell and ya wait....and wait....and wait
I love Jack in the Box. This location definitely needs improvement. Walked inside, smelled disgusting. 3 different mosquitoes tried to bite me. Severely disappointed.
Came today 9.26.21 for a salad and a spicy sirriacha burguer only to find neither. No salads and only one of the chicken items (#10) were available. Might as well close the location.
Drove all across town to get food . We where ordering. Lady had an attitude the while time let her know what we wanted repeated ourselves to here get to the window and of course our order is wrong instead of fixing our order she decided to start arguing with the staff saying we didn't tell her what we wanted . The guy that helped us was very friendly fixed our order. management really needs to hire people who treat there employees better than they did tonight . Thank you Chris for making sure our order was fixed
Waited in drive thru for 30 minutes to get told with an additude that we need to wait and if we can't we can leave
