I ordered 2 Jumbo Jack Combos with curly fries. The burger was dry and didn't look nothing like the picture. I got regular fries and curly fries mixed together. They had me to pull to the front so I'm thinking my food would of been better that what it was. I'll never go back there again. Terrible food. I thought I was getting fresh burgers and fries for them to pull me around. I feel like if you wouldn't eat it why sell it to someone else. I've worked in fast food before and this is a no no..
Why would you serve a Munchie meal that taste like it’s sat out for hours?? Obviously not fresh so I don’t see how the employees would just pass it on through. Don’t give them raises if they don’t care about the customers
My order was disgustingMy food was soggy and wrong It was missing fries and my Sprite was a light orange an watered down same with my other soda, they wont answer the phone at all called over 10 times have no car to get to them worst service ever wish I can give a zero star because I would i want a refund honestly wasted my money
Ordered off the app. Said it was opened. It was not and it took the money off our card. Didn’t know it was closed until we got there. And tried to call the number provided. It was some random persons number. We are tight on budget. And thought after a long day of two grumpy kids we would give ourselves a treat. And it’s extremely disappointing to have the payment go through when we didn’t get our order. It’s ridiculous. And apparently not the first time. Judging by these reviews. Would not recommend this establishment.

Ordered a Blazing Chicken Cluck Deluxe with large fry and drink, which was $7.99. The total came out to be $7.60 so I immediately knew something wasn't right.After telling the lady that it doesn't seem right, she told me it's because I didn't get curly frys. ?I decided to wait on the food to see what's going on, and sure enough they made a regular Cluck sandwich. I asked the lady why I didn't get a Deluxe Cluck and she told me they are out of the Deluxe.I mean come on, I would have been okay if she had told me before I paid for it and had it in my hands, but instead she thought I'd be a secret.. Piss poor service. Just avoid Midland all together and I promise you will thank me later.

Was quick and good the large drink was to big to fit in our cup holder so they split it into 2 medium one.! Thanks for having our backs!
Always a pleaser , reasonable price, restaurant is clean and team members are friendly. Only complaint is takes a little bit longer to get food
