When we arrived there on Sunday evening, there was not a hostess to greet us. After a short wait we were greeted by a young lady who fairly warned us that she was the only waitress and she had only one cook, (meaning that the wait may be longer than usual). We were in no hurry so we allowed her to seat us. When she came back to our table I asked her how she got saddled with working the whole restaurant alone. She told us she was the manager so you do what you have to do to keep the doors open. My wife and I watched her as she masterfully handled numerous tables with a positive attitude. This posting is not meant to be a complaint, but on the contrary, a compliment to the job she did in a very stressful situation!
We went to eat breakfast around 11:30pm one night. They were short on help but the server who attended us was very nice, and juggled all the tables he had expertly and quickly. He excused himself at one pt. to go help the cook catch up....thats dedication. The only drawback was that we could tell some of the food served had been in a warming tray for quite a while.
This place is a mess. There will be 90% of the tables empty and they take 20 minutes to seat you. The pancakes don't taste like the signature IHOP pancakes. Taste like they just mix up their own batch and it's gross. Another time I went the waiters were joking around and talking so much they messed up my order 3 times. I said nevermind I don't want nothing at this point. This location is just as bad as the one on I-20.
Great service Good cook and friendly service
They are so extremely slow, and always mess up to go orders. They never have all items in bag, but they make sure to charge you for those items. I waited an hour today, got charged for a milkshake they did not have; told waitress needed refund for it and she claimed it was fixed, it was not. Then I got home, and was missing several items from our meal. I will not give them my business anymore, was hoping they would finally get things corrected but guess not.
Slow service, host can't follow a list, waitresses fighting with each other. An the food was awful. My 1st grader could of made a better meal. Not to mention they screwed my order up an had to remake it. How hard is it to make a bacon omelet
The staff was super friendly and quick to assist, wait times even while busy weren't more that 5 minutes. Food was good, but did take a bit of time to come out of the kitchen, yet aside from that the restaurant was great. I will be coming back when a quick fix for breakfast is needed!
Atmosphere was great, the wait was a bit long but its understandable considering the short staff I think they have, the food was good
Three generations enjoyed my wife's birthday brunch. We all like going to establishments where someone in our family has been employed. A touch short handed, but so is everyone else in town.
We had a large group, & everything came out perfectly! We had a wonderful server!
