Desperately understaffed!Don't get me wrong, food was good enough and the one server/waiter/cashier/table prep guy was NEVER still.Note! 1 guyA nice but obviously over worked young lady was doing best she could to keep up w the Cook job.So in recap, 6 tables w customers 2 or more and 1 single with and additional multiple family party of at least 12 individual from 2yrs to seniors waiting to be seated in the welcome area.Took us about 15 minutes standing at the register to get cashed out.Not exactly great business practices IMHO. No party of children and older folks should wait 30 minutes to be seated. No reason there should not be enough employees to cover a shift at a major well established restaurant.IMHO a manager , asst Mgr should have responded in person. I can guarantee if I were the franchise owner I would have been there in a jiffy to help my customer base. After wards I would have diagnosed where the issue of understaffing started and proactively worked to remedy this.Sorry can't give this one but 1 Star and hope the future is brighter for those two young folks trying to keep IHOP going! Truely sad...
The waitress was sweet. But I got a dirty fork which she took care of immediately BUT I ordered sweet tea. She brought it to me with barely any ice and it was still hot. Ask for more ice and she just brought me back another cup of ice instead of more tea with more ice in it resulting in me having to pour it in myself and it watered it down even more. Tasted like water and got messy. The food was pretty good though. And I don’t think a professional should be wearing 1” eye lashes and super long nail. Very unprofessional. The eyelashes was a different employee.
Great people!! ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you!!!! ……
Great service even through a Sunday rush! Upon entering till we finished everyone was great. I didn't get our waiters name, but she was AMAZING and had a good support team working with her. Her GRITS were possibly some of the best grits I have ever had. As we were leaving the shift manager was waiting with a bag open for our to go box. Absolutely great experience here at this location.
Staff members were happy and friendly. Was lunch rush when my family and I went so it was packed but staff members were quick with seating, bussing, and taking orders. Greater would seat people and help clean empty tables for families waiting. Our server was very nice and despite it being packed she would constantly check on tables to see if they enjoyed their food or needed anything at the moment. Best IHop we have gone to so far will definitely be going back.
I’ll start off by saying the server did his job well and he got tipped well for that but you guys need a new pancake recipe and is it too much to ask for fresh fruit and not something out of a can? Hash browns that aren’t burnt would be nice too. Possibly a new water filter as well. Cracker Barrel is a million times better. I’ll be going elsewhere for my breakfast.
Bathrooms are nasty the stole lock was broken off. The waitress was nice and food was hot, but made us pay for our food as soon as we got it felt weird but thought maybe she was leaving and needed to close out her drawer but nope she stayed the whole time and never came back to check on us smh next time I won't leave a tip very disappointed!!!
The waitress’s are so rude, and disrespectful. Early in the morning they are out in dining room, talking all loud, playing Loud music on their phones, without disregard for anyone else, Nicole had to tell Norma to turn her music off and they just throw the plates of food on the table, and expect a big tip
Slow service, employees could use better supervision in the evenings. Most want to just stand in the back and talk, and let 1 server do all the work.
Service was horrible . Only 4 small tables and couldn't get waited on . Waited 17 min. For a glass of tea. Got ready to pay out I got shorted my change . That's same as stealing in my . The food was ok but suffered because of the horrible servicebook .
