Buy a gallon of SWR at least 3 times a month, at first really good, last few times, has been weak. Very disappointing to get watered down tea!!
I go to this place almost every day but this time I went through the drive-thru. The young black girl with colorful braids was kinda rude. I understand that she couldn’t give me happy hour price because I ordered a minute before 2 and waited in line until 2:05. But when she gave me my teas there was no ice in them. I asked for ice she told me “there was ice it’s hot in here so the ice melted” at this point I’m like ok well can I get ice. She then asked what size I wanted to purchase! I politely paid for ice that was supposed to be in my drinks already. I asked for a receipt so I could collect my drips and she had an attitude. I love this place but I will definitely not go through the drive-thru again! People that aren’t friendly or at least good with customer service needs to work at the back of establishments! Please train this young lady!
Super friendly, great teas my boys and have been a few times the last couple weeks. The staff is so helpful. My only regret is not coming here sooner. The only complaint is the drive through I get scared I’m going to hit my truck everyone I come through lol. And exiting back into Andrews is a nightmare. But the amount of business is a sign of how delicious and worth every Obstacle. Highly recommend.
Has many different types of teas to choose from, you can either go inside or go through the drive through. My only complaint is that the drive through is too narrow and have seen people scrape against the pole.
Very narrow drive through lane
It is a great place but service has declined slightly due to short on staff. I was very disappointed with my tea pre-order for Thanksgiving. I preordered 8 gallons to be ready by 7pm the day before, I arrived early and had to wait in line for an hour to pick up my pre-order. They were making tea fresh as we waited for some of the pre-orders which was different than previous holidays. I opened my tea on Thanksgiving and it tasted watered down. I saw jugs of water next to the tea dispensers inside and every now and then they would be taken off and then come back. This makes me wonder if they were adding water to make the tea stretch further so not to have to make more. I would have waited longer for the quality that I pay for, if this is how they are going to taste I will order from another business to get this type of quality. I am not sure what happened between last holiday season and this one, but please bring it back even if that means hiring holiday help.
Husband and I went there earlier this evening. We walked in and the place smelt soo yummy. Everyone was kind even though it was busy. I mean even one customer was so kind. Whoever she is may she be blessed. It really made my day. Thank you to the customer and HTEAO.
Yup this is the best place for ice tea… not cheap but there is a half price happy hour. Clean taste, great flavors and no weird after taste. Really impressed with the flavors and quality!
Slow, rude customer service, no parking, cars lined up and down the highway, and when you try to mediate the issue by waiting in the adjacent parking lot, people cut you off in line. The sign says “do not form line on road”, it’s simple and easy to enforce yet HteaO refuses to do so. It’s ridiculous, I try to do my best without violating the law by parking in the adjacent lot and waiting but I’m not going to sit there 20+min continually being cutoff or risking a ticket for parking on the road.Do better. Enforce the rules.
Amazing tea but the drive through is a disaster! It’s always packed and flowing out into the busy street. It can also take entirely too long to get your order. I will never understand why it takes so long to pour tea!
