The waitress was very friendly and she could speak multiple languages so that is very helpful to take care of non Spanish speaking patrons.The food was great for the most part. You can't always expect the top quality of food from a buffet, but it was great again for most of everything.The palace was clean and the whole vibe was very relaxing.

Never have I gone to eat Chinese food, gotten soup off the buffet and it be cold! This was a first for me. ( The waitress telling me I should stir a full pot of soup at 1215pm was a first, also. Especially when I had served two people.) To her credit, the waitress did go check the problemMost food on this buffet has no title or description shown. Kind of like a scavenger hunt, I guess!Food is bland. Some actually tastes freezer burned, the Spring Rolls, for instance.I'm kind of used to going to a restaurant and getting at least some fresh made food. I get the impression I was eating expensive overpriced frozen stuff. And it did not taste good.My wife said the ice cream was at least good.This was our second time trying this place. We try to give a second chance when it is a type if food we like.Both visits to this place have been bad experiences, due to the food, not the staff. There will not be another and I cannot recommend this establishment. Save your money.
It's ok, I like the sushi bar. Their water is terrible they may need some RO maintenance, but overall not a bad place.

I wouldn't recommend anyone go to this place at all kung Fu China Express is much better
