First time there. Super fast drive through. Excellent food! Even did half spicy half regular tenders so i didn't have to try and decide.
awful service and food … when i tried to communicate to management about my experience i was hung up on, when i called back to another location to find out if there was anyone else i could speak to other i was told no has reached the owner of both locations… he said he’d talk to the other manager to find out what happened but didn’t realize he’d not disconnected properly end of call… so I heard him laugh about it after ??
The food was great. And the nice older lady working the drive thru was pretty awesome. Great customer service!!!!!!
bleh. The chicken was nasty and the teamthat worked there during my visit (around 5pm) did not seem competent, polite, or helpful. It was a let down of an experience overall. So, I would not recommend this location.
Come through there quite often, that’s the shame of it all, but after my last experience I won’t ever go back. Awful awful awful is all I can say. Would not recommend this location to anyone.
Had chicken delivered to our store. The food was warm and tasted fine. The order wasn’t right. Don’t know if it was the delivery service or the restaurant’s fault.
Was unfortunately disappointed. Had to wait and drive through for 5 minutes before I could even order, then waited at the window for another 20 minutes. I ordered a simple three piece with dirty rice. With the three piece I got the smallest drumstick I ever seen and two wings. Rice was undercooked chicken was overcooked never been disappointed here before. Guess I have to just stick to the six piece chicken tenders. And definitely dine in next time to make sure I check my order while it's on the plate visible.
Waited 45 minutes for two peices if chicken never got it - worst service I've ever experienced in my whole life - have to give a star to rate but this place earns no stars
Was good for a quick meal on the go. Chicken was nice, crisp and tasty.
Lately, if you go during off lunch hours the food tastes old. Not fresh like around noon or 5 to 6. This is like the 3rd or 4th time it has happened to me. Literally everything except the roll tasted dated prolly won't go back there again which bites because it is close by my house. When they first opened this problem did not seem to happen. Why am I punished for not taking a lunch during normal lunch hours? Waste of 10 dollars for a meal. l threw the chicken and the mashed potatoes in the trash. I thought about calling up there to talk to a manager than I thought you know what? They know they are giving out old chicken so I am going to write a review instead.
