I am giving 4 stars because it is usually good. I want to point out that yesterday I picked up an order to go and on my 3rd bite there was a big strain of hair in my food. I know it was not mine because I had my hair pulled up. This made me not be able to eat another bite. I am gagging now just thinking about it. Please make your wait staff and cooks wear their hair back. Gross!
I seriously don't know what happened to this restaurant. when it started it was amazing. suddenly the food quality went down the hill. no flavor what so ever ? despite all the sauces I had picked. do they even put the sauces or it gets thrown away. the worse part is the service. takes forever to get seated... forever to get your food. forever to cash out. and the worst part your waiter will be stand near you at the cook chatting and ignoring you.
I don’t know where the good customer service and top notch service and food have gone?? Alright food have had better. Service drags like the help does. A nice lady did tend to us and refilled our drinks. Thank you, sorry I didn’t get your name. Waited 30 minutes to get our ticket from our waitress. She was busy yaking with another customer that obviously was waited on. I’m sorry your prices are outrageously high for that kind of money we could have eaten at the King and I, Salt Grass or Olive Garden or Texas Roadhouse. If I ever go back it will be a long - long-long time.
Walked in and stood for about 10 minutes..... after every employee saw us and made eye contact. Ask a lady do we seat ourselves or? She snapped back with "we are slammed and no one will be able to help you for a while. We're short staffed." Understand this, there were more employees there than patrons. Will never go back.
First it took FOREVER to get seated. The host didnt even know where to seat me since all the tables were dirty. Then it took about 10min for the server to come get my drink order/what bowl I wanted. I was waiting for close to an HOUR for my food to be made. AN HOUR!!!!! It was almost 15min before closing time when I was told that there was a bowl without a paper and was asking me what I had on my bowl. Once she came back out, she said that if I can make another bowl and at this point I was already done. I just grabbed my purse and left. This doesn't even deserve the one star.
I’d like to preface this with, I’m only giving three stars for the (I’m assuming) waiter that made tonight at least slightly enjoyable . Right when we walked threw the door we were met with an eye roll from a petite, Hispanic girl with ear piercings. We never got seated so we sat at the bar after waiting for a while. The waiter behind the bar seemed to be handling EVERYTHING in the restaurant, cleaning, helping cook and dishe, making drinks and taking care of all the customers.. Him and another female of similar height.. I wish I would’ve got names because they were amazing & kind. The original girl would come up to them talking about how they weren’t doing enough, that she would complain to the manager, that “there’s dishes in the sink I don’t see you doing them. when he was taking care of customers . I’m not sure if she was a manager but she was nothing but rude to the customers and other workers in the store and she would be right next to us complaining to her co-workers about how she would get them in trouble.. I hope this does something to help the staff because the waiter we had was amazing , and everyone else was kinda except this young girl.
It was decent food. The service wasn't too good. Our server was not very attentive and talking with other workers more than customers. Another server really took care of us more, but she obviously had her tables to tend to.
Here,3-1-22. We came in at 7:50. And had a long wait to get our order taken. It was very empty. The margaritas were like water, so we returned them. & just had water. The waitress didn’t have a pen… then said she’d be back in sec with our choice paper for our bowls. Then the hostess said she’d get us our bowls, & we made them & still no paper for cook. We just told him our choices. So, the food was tasty. But we won’t be back. The service was deplorable. The tip was 0. If you want a better experience, go to the Odessa one.
Service is Top Grade from start to finish. The recommend bowls you can chose from and you don’t have to leave your table. I enjoyed potstickers never had them but glad server let us know how popular they were here. We got taken care of and need more places like this here in west Texas. 10 out of 10
Not real mongolian bowl, expensive and food is kinda average for 20$ a bowl. Staff was kind
