Its been about a year since I've been here as the last time my experience wasnt very good, so I decided to try them again and we ordered our burgers and had a problem with them. As you can see in the pictures both were pretty much raw meat. When I went back to show them the first one, they apologized and offered to remake it. When I showed them the second one, the lady got a little snippy and mumbled something about me being too picky. I'm not sure I'll be going back. A little advice to anyone who decides to eat there, be wary of your burgers and check them before you eat or else you might eat raw meat and get sick.
To begin, the manager expected me to pay 4$ for a Styrofoam cup to replace their souvenir cup which they said they don't have. The two cups they gave me to replace the souvenir cup had 2 long strands of hair in the cups. The hamburger bun top had several finger marks punched through the bun. The girl giving me my order giggled when I said I was give the incorrect cups. The manager had absolutely zero interest in rectifying the situation. I was offered to have my order remade, but there was no way i would trust the young cooks to not mess with my food. So i cancelled. Very very poor service. Stay far away from this place.
It's hit or miss on the quality. One day you can come in and get a great burger, the next it's meh. They almost always have good cookies though.
The food we hot and fresh but they are in the mall and not decorated like the others. Very plain inside. Also you do have to wait for your food, get it from the counter, add your own stuff and take it to your seat.

We always request burgers well done wherever we go. We're not really the type to order and eat medium or even medium-well burgers. Odessa fudruckers does a great job but Midland? Well you'll see for yourself if you go to this location in Midland. Be prepared for luke-warm, very pink burger in an unsavory environment. I'm not from Midland and we were very disappointed.
They tried to serve us cold chicken tenders. I had to wait longer time to get my food. You couldn tell the chicken tenders have been cook at least 1 hr before I had even ordered.
Ordered burgers. Patties were stone cold hard and burned. All food was cold. Horrible service. Employees didn't seem to care about the service. Well this is what a burger looks like. Won't ever go back
Pretty good. Needed more tongs on the bar, but overall quality of the food was great!
