The sandwiches are always served hot, fresh and delicious! The staff is always friendly, something you don't see in Midland very often. Highly recommend!
Absolutely love their meatball sub with Mac and cheese! Their limited edition of the BBQ Cuban is also really good! The employees there remember me every time I go and they basically know my order already. They are so nice and well mannered!
I love firehouse subs and I did like this particular restaurant in Midland...However when my husband, sister and I were about to stop by a few weeks ago, we realized no one at the store was wearing masks while preparing sandwiches. So we turned around and left.To be clear, we're all vaccinated but the Delta variant is continuing to prove problematic. In general we wear KN-95 masks because it protects against anyone NOT wearing a mask, but there's not a whole lot I can do against protecting against someone breathing over a sandwich I'm about to eat.As a rule, we do not go to restaurants in which the staff do not wear masks. We won't until the pandemic is over, or at the very least, hospital cases subside. I'm going to contact google to see if I can get the "Health and Safety: Mask Required" label removed, because that was what I was referencing to go here. It's inaccurate.Update: Still no masks. Owner may have been notified but they didn’t care.

Pepperoni pizza meatball andthe pastrami ? I love this spot !Their bread is always fresh, the fluffiness after it’s toasted and their cheese melts just right! The staff is friendly very welcoming. The restaurant is always clean and their sandwhich toppings are fresh, sodas are never flat. Yes I will be coming back again.
So I went here yesterday to eat and not only was the food amazing but the customer service was phenomenal! When my boss sent me to pick up lunch for everybody today I went back to firehouse subs, received the same awesome customer service and delicious food! There are definitely some other places in Midland that can take some lessons from these folks! Well done!
