The food is amazing but I don’t like that they take ur credit card close the window where u can’t see them and God knows WTH they can do with it it’s been past 4 min and they r yet to give me my card food or anything. DO NOT TAKE CREDIT CARDS TIL THE FOOD IS GIVEN AND U R READY TO SCAM THE CARD WITH THE WINDOW OPEN & given RIGHT BACK TO CUSTOMER
Food is always amazing, wasn't fond of their new orange cream freeze but that's just a personal opinion. Love going here.
Rude at the drive thru comm. 45 min wait. Decided to just leave. Never even got my food. Maybe short handed? So I can understand. But being rude, needs better customer service.
Customer service was good. Can't say for the food. Over the yrs this place is loosing its touch. Alot of the sauces tan like out if the can. Pasta just plain and boring. It reminded me of Ragu Stew.
Amazing lasagna!! Wish the portion was slightly bigger. Pizza was delish also!!! Although Could have been a wii bit bigger as well.. all in all though, i really enjoyed the taste of it!! Superb for my taste buds!!
Had given 3 starts due to the slow service but dropped it down to 1 star.My son and I have both been throwing up and we shared some of our food so I'm assuming we gotten food poisoning, my other son who didn't share food is fine.
Came here to the drive-thru to get two slices of cheese pizza. It's the only item I like here enough. The pizza's not "out of this world" or magnificent, but it does the job of okaying my taste buds when I want a perfectly ordinary, greasy slice of pizza. However, it's too greasy - the oil literally collects and shines on the front end of the slices. That's the only reason why I took one star off. We can still work on getting it cooked in a healthy manner without compromising on the other stuff.The two breadsticks that came with it were actually fresh and hot at the time I came in - it was prime lunch time. I've gotten breadsticks from other Fazoli's branches and it's always hit or miss - sometimes, they're actually fresh, and other times, it's stale as the dictionary definition goes. I got almost a dozen packets of crushed red pepper in the bag - I have no idea how people would utilize it, but it's good that they had the thought to add so many to the bag, regardless of actual usage.It's OK. Try it, you might keep it in mind for one specific thing you like here. Isn't that true with everything in life?
Love the food, but on my last visit, the lady behind the counter was a bit rude. When asked about picking up an online order, she didn't say a word, she just pointed to where it was. As I was getting it then she said "oh by the way, we had to give you a chz pizza because we don't have pepperoni". I hope she was just having a bad day, and she's not like this all the time.
I love Fazolis as a company and as a restaurant. It is one of my favorite places to go. But this location is a joke. The dining room is never open and the service is horrible. I will drive 30 min to the Odessa location before using this one.
