What I ordered and what I got. The worst experience I ever had with any pizza place. I also order a Classic garden salad and never got it.
The staff was super sweet. Made my pizzas exactly how I wanted them. Talk about delivery. One of the delivery drivers brought my pizza to my table when it was ready even though I ordered it from the store and waited for it. The mgr I guess was training someone and I loved her patients with him and the store was super clean. Dominoes has been letting me down for awhile but this one won me back. Thank you!!
I work at a hotel I was helping some guess of the hotel that only spoke Spanish. I ordered 2 pizzas that total $50 I paid with my debit card when the delivery person delivered knowing that the customer didn't speck English he charged them again. So 2 pizzas cost $100. I am writing this so people can be aware that there are some dishonest people and that domino's pizza can care less about the customer. I will never order from this dominos and will advise anyone to do the same.
If I could give zero stars I would, because this store deserves NO stars! They continuously mess up simple orders. Then they say they will send you a coupon in the mail and they never do! Please change management! It starts from the Top!
This is the second time we have had to pull away from the drive through window, AFTER, getting the order ready text, and having to go inside to get our order.The young man went over and got my order for me.There were 6-8 employees in the store, mostly arguing with each other.This location could seriously use some supervision because this is a ridiculous way to treat customers.
It's a chain restaurant that's established. They don't care about you or your orders. Place an order for pickup? They'll send it to another store. Delivery? Forget about it/ fee, tip, tracking app time is 10-20 min late. Taste and flavor in every bite? Nope, skimpy toppings and reduced portions.
My order was extended 30 minutes without being informed and did not have extra toppings like I paid for. The employee that answered the phone was rude and completely unprofessional. I don't understand how an employee can have this terrible of customer service. Edit- the same female instore employee answering the phones boxed my pizza and didn't make it well done like requested touched the computer hair then touched my pizza in multiple places while putting my pizza back in the oven. So I waited another ten minutes. It came out of the oven burnt and rock hard on the crust which then I finally complained about the whole experience which she was unprofessional and absolutely rude with attitude again. I left with a refund. I don't understand how people can be so unsanitary and rude. So a whole hour which half I waited instore for nothing. Imagine what there doing to your pizza!
Ordered 20 pizza, they all looked great and tasted even better. Great job crew, thank you very much from the dayshift Frac crew!!
Lately they gotten my order correct. I like Dominos pizza, it's an American staple.
Ordered chicken wings at 4:15, tracking said 5 minutes left to pick up. Headed to the location to retrieve my order and the girl at the pick up window tells me it’s going to be another twenty minutes. I explain the tracker said it would be ready in five minutes, she states” Well, we had a lot of orders come in at the same time.” Needless to say I will not be ordering from Domino’s ever again.
