I ordered a Frieto Pie stack. Maybe a table spoon of Brisket at best. Forgot the cheese l requested. Ordered 2 large sweet tea, received unsweetened that tasted like it was left over from lunch. The other Dickies on Wadley is better. I usually go to True BBQ in the new HEB, unfortunately it is to far from where l work as it beats all of the Dickies BBQ.
Dickies isn't what it used to be, the brisket was dry, i ordered a pound of pull pork which the menu said meat by the pound $9 pull pork , the clerk says that for 1/2 lb. If thats not false advertisement I dont know what is. I used to love dickies would go with my father all the time but just as he has been gone , so has has dickies
Always serve disgusting cold bland food especially on sundays so be careful. Also they have extremely Rude staff.
Only good bbq I have found in midland. Nice people and the best sweet tea
The environment was welcoming and clean not to mention the service was quick also the food was delicious. The cashier was friendly and very polite the kitchen was kept clean as I noticed guys sanitizing their stations. Above all it was a great dinner will go back again
Not the best it's been in the past. Brisket was cold, mac & cheese tasted like was Kraft out of the box, roll was nuked because it was rock hard, the ice/coke dispenser was DIRTY. If we go back...it'll be a while!!!
Consistently good food. Employees are fun. Good sweet tea and smoked turkey.
Ordered a baked potato for lunch today and I got was a burnt end and a huge fatty piece with no meat. Not to mention my sons nuggets were super burned. Not cool… & not cheap either.
Since their menu changed (corporate decision I am sure), they have removed the soft serve machine, and prices have gone up by 30-50% depending on what you’re getting. Simply not worth the price anymore. Sorry y’all. Love the food, but I am not paying that much. You have priced yourself out of the market. My market, anyway.
I always have a great experience at Dickeys. I think it is as good BBQ that is served anywhere.
