I've gone a few different times now and they seem to always be so short handed. Stayed for a little while and waited to get our drink order taken and it seemed like there was only one server working and didn't or couldnt get to us. I even went to the restroom and came back and still no one came by. Only a few tables in there but they seemed like they were struggling with what they had so we left. This has happened a few times to me now, it takes awhile to place an order and it takes a long time to get your order. I really do like the food here though. I would say to expect to wait awhile.
Ordered a beverage - they were out. First entree we ordered - out. Finally ordered something in stock. Screaming child in dining room (with parent doing nothing to calm or stop them). Our waitress Alexa saved us by fulfilling our request to move our seat. She was attentive, courteous and apologetic for the inconveniences. Meal which we got was up to Cracker Barrel standards. We did not stay for dessert. Very surprised there were not many patrons.

Went there Thursday evening, our waitress acted like she didn't even want to be there even when our table was very pleasant. She also completely forgot to put in my order with the rest of the tables order so everyone got their food except for me. We asked her multiple times about the food and I didn't receive it until about 30+ minutes later when everyone else had already finished their meal. This is my first bad experience with this place. I have always loved cracker barrel. Hopefully they nip this in the bud.
Just wanted to take a few minutes to write a review for this restaurant. It has been a while since we have eaten here but the breakfast we had was really good and the service from Taush was excellent. Haven't had service like this with such a great personality in a very long time. Get there early because they get really busy quick.
Best bang for your buck food. I always get breakfast so I can't speak for the dinner entrées. Polite staff, good food, and my kids always get a treat from the store part before we leave so they love it as well.

The waitress was friendly, but the food was just okay. I was expecting hashbrown casserole, and instead just got regular hashbrowns, so that was disappointing, could have gone to IHOP and got regular hashbrowns. I got cheese in my egg, and it was like sprinkled throughout instead of mixed in, my ham was tough but edible; however, the bacon was good and crispy just how I like it, and they are now serving mimosas, and I a strawberry mimosa, and it was great.
Worst Chicken Fried Steak I've ever had. Server dropped it off and vanished. No refills, no to-go box for my wife's leftovers. Got tired of sitting around waiting for the check so we went up front and asked them to look up our order so we could pay and leave.
