Take out. Ordered medium rare hamburger, it was well done crunchy. Fries tasted like a salt lick and soggy cold, i actually was there early to pick up., not sure how long it had been sitting there. Then when I looked at my credit card, while doing my bills a week or so later, they charged my card for a tip that I did not authorize. Called the manager to let them know. at first they where rude, kinda like I was the one being dishonest or something, but I talked to another lady she was more professional and took care of it. Won’t be back!
I had a salad and my lettuce was frozen and transparent.we ordered 2 of the same salad and one had 2 ingredients left off. The appetizer mushrooms were delicious otherwise I would have given a 2 star. Says kids eat free on the day we were there but they only took $5.00 off each meal.
We hadn’t eaten here in 3 years, figured we would give them a try again but just on some sides and appetizers. How bad can someone mess this up right? We have been reminded of how awful they are. Ordered 3 sides of fries at $3 each….each box contained maybe 15-20 fries. Ordered a large order of mozzarella sticks and only 3 had cheese in them. Called to speak with the manager and was told that was simply their portions and she “guesses” she could give us more fries if we wanted to come back. I think not.
My husband & I stopped in on a Saturday for a late lunch. The restaurant was clean, the food is good & the staff is friendly. We had Conner as our server & he told us it was just his second day! He was very friendly, personable, and did a great job. He made sure we had plenty of rolls & our tea glasses never were empty. Conner is WONDERFUL! We left a good tip & let management know how good Conner is! ?
Most awful customer service. First they gave us someone else’s order, we took it back in they just set it out to hand it to whoever it belonged to. Yes we had opened it. They still got my order wrong so disappointing.
Absolutely terrible service and was served rotten meat. I’ve never left a review but my experience was absolute garbage.
I ordered food from door dash but no delivery was made. I then called cotton patch and explained to Sara the manager what happened...omg to my surprise she made it right got the food finished to perfection and personally delivered it to my apartment amazing service food at people that work there! Thank you.
The rating of 1 is for the prompt seating by the hostess and her kindness. That's where the pleasant experience ends. It took 20 minutes just for our waitress to come and that was after I had to ask. She took our drink, appetizers and food order all at once. Once she took the order it took another 10-15 minutes to get our drinks. 20 minutes later (now 35 minutes after ordering) and no appetizer. I ask again and a few minutes later PART of the appetizer arrived. Brown guacamole and grease covered non-edible chips. By this point I'm done and we walk out. All other patrons, who weren't in our waitress section, seemed to have great, prompt service. People who arrived 15-20 minutes after us were enjoying their food when we walked out. Their waitress/waiter were in and out of the kitchen. Ours was no where to be found.
Only 2 stars cause the manager was great when we saw her at the beginning. We didn’t mind the wait, it was a busy night everywhere. The guy wasn’t getting names to be seated. The manager had to come up and get the names. The waitress came very quickly to get our drink order. I’m not sure her name, cause all did she just came up & asked what we wanted to drink and never introduced herself. We saw her a total of 4 times. Chicken fried chick & our chicken fried steak was cold. Okra tastes freezer burnt and my husbands Mac and cheese was burnt. One of didn’t get our side of veggies and we got NO refills. We even had to get up and ask for a check as most of the employees were at the bar talking. We aren’t big complainers and are just happy we got to eat, but we spent over 80 dollars on food we couldn’t even eat.
The other day when I came I was greeted wonderfully by the host. My server was very patient with me even though I can be very difficult she handed me with love and care and when the food was brought out it was nothing but amazing. Much love for cotton patch 10/10 will definitely be back
