We come here sometimes when we don't feel like cooking. It's always a pleasant experience.Pretty much what you'd expect from a Cicis, which isn't a bad thing. Buffet is usually pretty fresh, and they keep things clean.
Great facility, great employees. Some patrons act horrible when visiting establishment. Lots of people let their kids tear up place so they can rest.
I always order Cinnamon Rolls with extra icing on the side and lately they been very SLOPPY ! cinnamon rolls just thrown in the box literally all upside down torn APART when they come all together. Icing be all over the box hardly on the cinnamon rolls and COLD ! But supposedly made fresh when order VERY DISAPPOINTED AND will be taking a break from ordering through them ! I hate sloppiness!! And the manager is the one that be placing it in the boxes smh stop rushing and just doing people any type of way !!! Had to RE HEAT THEM which I shouldn’t have to at all !!!!
Missing toppings missing dipping sauces. Missing sauce on a pizza. Pretty bad. Its all listed on your recipe that print out, or your screen, it has all items listed on it.. whoever does a quality check on food before it goes out needs to pay a little more attention, its not that hard.
The customer service , especially from the guy cooking, don't know if he was the manager, but extra stars for his personal kindness.and accommodating efforts. And the kids had a great time in the gameroom!! Plus food was great! Thanks!
Very expensive for the little selection they had. Not worth it.
That had a clean dinning area and great service!They put out Alex Hogan was very friendly and coutious .They put out the apple pizza it was Awesome!
Got there around 9:08 and their buffet was already closed and everything was getting cleaned. Someone .. looked like an employee was grabbing a bunch of pizza and putting it into a box.
They close at 10pm but had already shut down the buffet and cleaned it for the night by 9:30. Then they couldn’t grasp the concept of ringing up a 2 topping pizza to-go. They kept charging me for either 2 pizzas or 3 toppings… highly recommend avoiding this location.
