Used to visit this location a lot during high school and always loved it, I was back in town and wondered if it was the same. It is, service can take a bit long at times, but the staff is always very friendly and welcoming. Food was still good too. It’s a fast food friend chicken joint, the chicken won’t always be fresh but it should always be hot, and it definitely was.
Did the drive thru. Was pleasant enough. No issues. Food was good n fresh service was good as well. No telling, but I'll be back in sure.
My family likes CE food, but service getting the food correct seems to Always be a continual problem. Went thru drive thru last evening 7-14-22,brought food back home for family, an Again was incorrect. Instead of our Chicken Tenders we received regular Fried Chicken, All our Gravy was missing, This seems to just be a regular with food missing also receiving the incorrect items which we ordered. By the time we got to our house with order given, business had already closed. Who do we speak to regards to continual failures in providing customers correct orders. Our total was $50. + this is alot of money to me for Not getting correct order straight. Sincerely LD
Have been coming here about 2 times a month for quite a while now. Just found out they actually charge more when a debit/credit card is used. When I got to window to pay and get my order, that's when I found out about the this. So, I canceled my order and left, empty handed. This review is NOT about the food or the service, which has always been good. It's about either a bad company policy or a bad agreement with the credit/debit card processing provider.
We went the weekend of 6-25-22, and we dined inside the restaurant. We noticed there were a few tables occupied with patrons, but it took about 20 minutes to get our food. We went again this weekend through the drive thru, and we were asked literally 6 times to "hold", before placing our order. Apparently, staff was not able to take orders and check people out at the same time?? We waited 15 minutes to place our order, a #1. When we got our order, they forgot to put a side we had ordered. Needless to say, we will not be going back to this location. Food was good, service was super slow.
I rated it a 2 cause I like them but over all had the worst experience. First off I asked for my food to be fresh (cause that’s how I like my chicken) to get old chicken taste and look like it’s been sitting under the lamp for 3hrs on top of it was cold. Second I called it and spoke to the manager she handled everything properly and with understanding. Third I go to pick my order up why is the chicken raw?? I have dealt with a lot of people in the fast food service realm, to say the least, this store has more than one employee that SHOULD NOT be dealing with customers. The lack of professionalism as far as dealing with drive thru customers is astounding here! It’s almost like this woman was very angry at the idea of having to deal with people when there’s an obvious misunderstanding. It was almost like she was angry with me as a customer coming through the drive thru thus making her do her job. It’s no wonder that at 1:30 pm, obviously lunch time, the parking lot had maybe ten cars, and that’s a generous estimate. These owners might want to get in-store and do some investigating as far as customer treatment. It lacks ANYTHING positive being said about this restaurant. This is not my first time dealing with this level of unprofessionalism at this specific restaurant. I don’t see this store staying open long with this behavior. Hopefully this can be remedied, I do actually like the product. The food isn’t the issue.
Either you go and it takes forever or you go and they are out. Is there a manager? I should have known when drive thru was empty. But, Friday night 6 pm not a wise managerial decision to run out of dark meat chicken at a chicken restaurant!
We had to wait 22 minutes to get our food, at drive-thru. The Tea tasted sour, and both meals were missing side orders. They will NEVER see our money again!!
