The woman taking our order was rude. When I asked if I could order two fries to go with our breakfast she flat out said no. I said I had done that before just was advised it would be a 7 minute wait. Which I gladly wait to keep the kids happy. She told me that was not an option. Really since when?!? So now I have an upset 4 year that I needed to be content just long enough so that I could respond to some emails and make some calls. Thanks Chick-fil-a ?
This is a terrible chick fil a. I ordered the cobb salad and the chicken was old and dry, the greens were wilted and disgusting, borderline rotten some of them, and it looked like it was just thrown together without any care. Also, they forgot the crispy bell peppers, which is a huge letdown. Not that it matters this time, because the salad was so terrible I couldn't even eat it. Also, the kid who took my order didn't seem very happy. I got the strong feeling that he hates his job and that I was a major inconvenience to him. Overall I am terribly disappointed in this location. I will definitely be going out of my way to go to the better locations from here on out.
Always get my order right. Always pleasant. Literally never have a bad experience here.
Consistently great food that's hot and served quickly. Staff is always friendly. Place gets *very* busy around noon, but like still moves quickly.
The counter help was nice. The food was thrown together, my sandwich had burnt old chicken, the veggies were wilted and old. I was thoroughly upset because all 3 of our meals were the same...bad!
3 times in a row… I don’t know when chik fil a started to carry arugula salads but ever since, when I order a side salad with my sandwich I always get an arugula salad vs a house salad… it’s always this certain restaurant in particular that does it… maybe it’s my fault for not checking or for having high hopes that chik fil a will always get my meal right… I’m not angry, just disappointed that I expected more.

worst order ever today.. grilled sandwich was a spicy sandwhich and salad had very few pcs of chicken.
Stars just based on experience this morning. I ordered drive thru pick up on the app. I have never had an issue.. morning crew was not a vibe. I found a literal long black hair in my sons sausage biscuit… also wanted to note that the food was lacking presentation and looked thrown together. Was overall an odd experience & I’ll skip breakfast at this location.
People were very polite and the food was good. Spicy chicken sandwich was worth the stop.
