This is the most disorganized Chick-fil-A that I have ever been. Instead of running the same process that Chick-fil-A locations perform across town and across the country, they make up there own and it's horrible. Very mismanaged store. I encounter issues every time that I have gone to this location on Andrews Hwy/Loop 250 (West Midland). Been charged for other people's orders, given wrong order but charged correct, waiting in line after receiving order for extended periods because the orders in front are not out yet from disorganized operations, and more. Whats sad is I have only been to this store a few times.Suggestion for owner/operator--- stop doing whatever crazy system/process that comes to you. Go across town watch what they do and then follow that process exactly. Your problems will be solved.
I came through the drive thru at 8:15 a.m. and ordered the grill chicken and egg combo. I asked for fries instead of hash browns.... and a orange juice. Got to the window and received my food. My bag wasn’t warm at all. I reached in my bag to grab a fry and they were cold.... I couldn’t believe it. They looked like they had been sitting for awhile and were cold. How does this happen so early in the morning during breakfast time.... very disappointing.

Fast friendly service good food........ Gave 3stars because asked to make sure I had ketchup and Chick-fil-A sauce they assured me I did but nope no e was there........ Next visit might get the other 2 stars.
I simply don't know how they do it. Everything is always so fresh and so hot. Even though the drive-tru line is long, it doesn't seem to take no time at all until you have your food. I am literally addicted to their spicy crispy deluxe chicken sandwich with American cheese! Sure, I could get waffle fries because yes they are good too...... But I would rather use the space for a second spicy crispy deluxe chicken sandwich with American cheese :-)....... And now I have discovered their chicken tortilla soup. Oh my..... It's absolutely delicious and I am not usually a soup eater. It's soooo good!
I will never return to this location again. Had an awful experience with my order and then an even more awful experience with Their manager. Way too long to go into detail but if the owner would like to reach out I would love to tell it. Still waiting on my refund (after a month now) for food that got thrown in the trash.
Transaction number 8837, December 6, 10:08 AM. The manager in charge on this day was inexcusably rude and disrespectful. Soon after getting my drive thru order, I Made a call to the location and explained my food was incorrect and that I might have gotten some one else’s order. With a very rude tone the manager said ok well why didn’t you say so at the window.I stayed silent in shock at her response and she further went to state, hello hello.. I then said what can you do for me. I would like to get a refund or my correct order. At this point I’m upset, she interrupts and said well if you let me talk I’ll tell you that I can add you to the book and I chime in and ask what does that mean? She is upset and says I’m not going to refund you. At this point I don’t want my food or a refund, so I let know the young lady know that her tone and service has been very rude and not the chick fil a culture that I have experienced all throughout Texas. As I was speaking she hung up on me.Is this ok for Chick fil A in Midland, Texas?
I work in midland and the times I’ve had to stop at this location I’ve always had such a good experience. Everyone is so greeting and they always have a smile on there face! This will always be my favorite chick fil a!
Who doesn't like a Chick-fil-A? One of the reasons I really like this restaurant is because when I do my keto, I can pop in for some grilled nuggets. It's something quick and on the go when I need something like that. This visit was not for keto though. LoL I ordered the original chicken sandwich because those are so good!!!! The service is always good here to. I drank one of there frozen lemonade for the first time and it was really good!
Great service, great food what else can be said. Maybe one day they will make spicy nuggets.
