We used to go to another location when we lived in another city and enjoyed it but I must say, the Midland location makes us feel like they are going above and beyond every time we have visited. I have splurged and bought their best, with appetizers and deserts, and tonight, just the straight salad bar and still we are treated with excellence. The food is always on point and they manage to take me and my wife to a happy place. Great job!
I highly recommend this place for a customer dinner a dinner with wife and kids and just lunch with a coworker nice lunch. One of the best steaks you will have! And if you even think you like Salad. They have an outstanding salad bar assortment incredible and usually 2 soups!! The staff makes you feel like your on a cruise ship on formal dinner night the titanic, very good!! I will be coming back!!!
Took the family out for dinner around 6pm. The four of us were greeted and seated right away. Before we sat down, our server was there to get our drink orders. The drinks arrived shortly with a hot loaf of bread. We placed our orders at that time. 3 of us got a salad bar. There were Many awesome choices on the salad bar. Right as I finished my salad the rest of the meal was delivered. The entire order was correct and all the dinner choices tasted Excellent!! We had 2 more loaves of their bread (fresh from the oven) before we left. The food was excellent. The staff is Awesome and the price is comparable to other steak houses.
I was actually very excited to try this place, but I hate to say it was a bit of a disappointment. We didn’t have a server so the poor bartender was running herself ragged trying to take care of everyone around her and her bar, and I ordered the steakhouse chicken, which was 18$, and it was very overcooked and dry and the rest of the food wasn’t super flavorful. Maybe I came on an off day but for now I wouldn’t recommend it.
Horrible service, our server was Dasiy at 8pm on 2/26/22. Three tables got sat after us, ate, & checked out before we got our food. When I told the server we were ready to order, she went and asked another table if they needed more tea & totally disregarded us. When my wife got her salad, she asked the server for silverware & didn't receive it until after we got our food order only because we asked for it again. The food was ok, a bit cold. Went here because Texas Roadhouse had a 1.5 hour wait. I guess you get what you pay for for, or in this case wait for. Daisy I hope you figure it out, best of luck!
I personally like this place. It's been around a long time and recently renovated. The salad bar has always been amazing. It's more for established people who are loyal but the good thing is there is hardly a wait and I do enjoy the food. There is complimentary bread and butter. Check it out .
I don't know what I was expecting but it failed miserably to impress. The steak was good, the appetizer wontons were not good and looked nothing like the picture in the menu. My server stayed busy and she was professional. Overall, the experience was just blah...As I was leaving after my meal, the manager and two servers were standing at the front wait desk talking, I walked by and said thank you and none of them acknowledged me. And before you wonder if they heard me.....yes, I am sure they did because the all looked and not one of them said a word. It was like I was speaking in tongues or something. I just shook my head and walked out.Stay classy Cattle Baron!!
The food is good I got a medium well steak with mashed potatoes. Well seasoned/cooked steak, mashed potatoes loaded where good too. The service was great although they took a while to serve our party. But the ambiance makes up for it I love the decor it’s awesome! old western style and memorabilia. The salad bar was so so (“okay”) I’d say just stick with a meal or the salad bar. The food is pricey as well as the salad bar and you’d get full if you get both, just my opinion though. In all it’s a great place to eat.
Still the best place for salad bar. The last 2 steaks were very well cooked. The service is really good and fast. A nice quite place to have a beer or glass of wine. The dining area and bathrooms are clean.
The food was amazing. The staff was Phenomenal. Our waitress Brandy was amazing and very attentive. We had about 20 people and she kept our drinks topped and was extremely friendly. The Manager Scott was helping to take drink orders bringing out the appetizers. Thank you. We will be back
