Our favorite Mexican restaurant in Midland. We love the fajita meat. They have really good enchiladas and the salsa is delicious! The waitstaff has always been really good on all of our visits. We probably go 2x a month

My mother has been going to this place for over 30 years. I'm now going to this place and I'm almost 40. It is very well priced and the food is good. It's a little secret of Midland.

Visited tonight and although the food was good the owner and manager poorly handled an issue. We waited over an hour for a sopapilla and even paid our ticket in advance. The server said she asked the owner to come speak to us and she refused. We decided to leave without our paid desserts. The wait for a fried tortilla basically was ridiculous without explanation. All the way from Kentucky, this Midland Texas stop was a disappointment in customer satisfaction. Although... Brittany was am amazing server!! She deserves a raise for dealing with this poor owner
We are visiting from out of town and went there because of positive reviews. Couldn't wait to order a Margarita, guess what, they do not serve any alcoholic beverages, I had a Sprite, UGH! Bummer. If I had known we would have gone elsewhere. They have been in business 30 years with no liquor license. They have lost millions in revenue, not to say how many people do not return because of no alcohol. Food was average at best. Sorry, nice place but we would never eat there again. Service was fine but who eats Mexican food without a couple Margaritas.
Fake Mexican food. Rice no flavor beans very greasy and watery. Ordered fajitas and food was ready right away I know it was not prepared to order why list as fine dining Mexican? To be honest Rosas Cafe has better Fajitas, queso and guacamole don’t waste money… no I do not work for Rosas and you can go to Monterey or Chitos or even taco villa and get better and more authentic Mexican food you are quick to reply to bad comments but your food is HORRIBLE what place serves white rice as Spanish rice??
