Several times they have locked the doors and make you use the drive thru and not allowing people to come inside to eat. The sign says open but you still have to use drive thru. Then a little fella literally stands outside and takes your order by hand. I saw several people drive off angry because they wanted to go inside and eat. Several workers were inside and could have allowed those people to come in. This place needs a new manager that knows what’s going on!!
Dry, tough chicken. Didn't get my complete order. Very rude service. This place has definitely gone downhill. Website says they close at 10 but they always close at 9.
Was fresh had to wait 20 minutes only complaint was a broken leg bone.

The Bush’s on Highway 158 is awful, the service is usually good but the gallons of tea have been sour the last 4 times I have bought them and I have stopped getting chicken there because it's always raw in the center. I absolutely would not recommend
Dry,too crunchy, no flavor. Nothing special about sides. The rolls were the redeeming part. If only KFC could keep more white meat on hand, we'd stuck with them.
