My husband's BBQ sandwich was good and my hamburger was great but my son ordered 2 double meat cheeseburgers plain and dry and again they messed up his order. Both came fully loaded. Was a big disappointed again. Check your orders before you leave because this happens more than we like. Might have to get our burgers somewhere else now
Good price, better food. I’m not sure what bobs burger are better than but they are a darn good burger. The staff are nice if you are nice to them. The food came out pretty quickly, not too quick so you know it was freshly made. If I had only one complaint it was a little greasy but that’s more personal preference. The strawberry shake is worth mentioning, it was good with chunks of I think cherries because the skin on them were smooth, still really good.
Was there the other day ..got home my order was wrong/ I asked for sweet and unsweetened..it was only unsweetened I also ordered 2 chili cheese burritos with no lettuce and tomato it had it on both ...I called not to complain but reorder ..I explained it to the girl she says sorry but just bring back tea and I fix it for you...so I get there hand the tea to the old lady and explain she starts to yell at me that she didn't take my order the girl behind her says I talked to her makes it right ..no need for yelling especially around other customers..rude...I still go though. Great burgers just be patient with the old lady she set in her ways.
have employees who aren't meth monkeys,the people are rude and place is disgusting its a shame used to have BEST burger in town but I Will NOT go back there I wad in shock how far and fast this entire place has gone dwn hill
It's all good. Fantastic jalapeño burgers. The chicken strip and steak finger dinners are delicious. The onion rings are absolutely phenomenal. I drove past this place for years but kept noticing there was always a parking lot full of cars all around this little hamburger joint. So, a while back I decided to give it a try. I've been there about 10 times now. Not once have I been disappointed in anything that I ordered. Very friendly and down to earth staff. I love it!
The food was good & hot. I just think it’s rude that the woman at the window made a personal call on her cell phone while helping us. There’s something called customer service etiquette!
Always great burgers, best if you ask me. Cheap and fast!
The burger was decent at best. The meat did not have a lot of flavor. The fires were terrible and tasted like old grease and were inedible. The only positive was the price. It did not cost very much, which I am glad for because it wasn’t worth too much. Cleanliness looked to be an issue as well. This was my first and last time.
I was expecting a handformed burger patty. Disappointed to find they use frozen meat. The time of a truly homemade burger had long passed us by.
I guess you could call it dine in but you eat at your car like sonic. You go to window and order then they call out your number to go pick up. Great place and loved the caramel apple cake.
