The burgers are overpriced and sloppy and hard to eat. Ordered a green chili cheeseburger, paid extra for a cup of soupy chopped green chilis, not what I was expecting. I had a lot of green chili cheeseburgers in my day. Sorry just my opinion.
Nice and clean atmosphere, Great friendly staff. I noticed the manager was actually working making sure all the items were on each order before handing them out. Will be back.
Solid burger, good beef, very juicy, just wish it had a little more seasoning. They are pretty big for a smashed burger too. Sweet potato fries are 10/10, best sweet potato fries I've had in Midland so far. Onion rings came well seasoned also. Staff was very nice. Dining area was very clean, pretty chill place. It is a little pricey though, but it's Midland, everything is expensive. Solid burger spot ?
THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE PERMIAN BASIN! the kid who took my order put it into the computer wrong, upon realizing the mistake I brought it to the expediters attention cuz fried jalapeños give me heart burn and I didn't want them to waste the food making it instead of what I had wanted( sweet potatos fries) I told him I don't need the difference back. I would just like my spf instead of the jalapeños. He assured me my order would be fixed and to take a seat amd it'll be right not. not more the 3 mind later the manager was at my table explaining they had fixed it, credited me back the difference, brought my corrected reciept, brought my food to my table and gave me the jalapeños for free since they had already started making them! That Manager (didn't catch his name) should get a raise because his outstanding customer service just made me a #customerforlife at BLUE SKY! *BONUS* the food was great too!!
Decent burger. Would have liked a little more seasoning.Rating would be better if I didn't have to walk across the store 3 times to pick up my order. Just wait till everything is ready before calling my number.Priced high for what it is. 2 meals 1 beer 1 shake 50+

My first time trying this place and it was wonderful! Service was excellent. A little pricey, but overall the food was great! Will definitely return to try other menu items. Only reason for 4/5 was because the burger needed a little something extra.
My grandma and I left very happy! Our food was a little late and we noticed that people that got here later that ordered the same thing as us were getting their food so we asked about it and it got taken to us. No problem, things happen. Then one of the managers comes out and tells us that they took care of the payment for us!! I don’t think that’s ever happened to us before at any place. The food was great but the service was better. We definitely felt appreciated
We absolutely loved Blue Sky Midland! The Burgers were cooked perfectly and full of flavor!! The Sweet Potato Fries were on point! They also have a fantastic selection of Iced tea Including Coconut Iced Tea! My Husband tried the sweet Coconut Iced Tea and I tried the Unsweet Coconut Iced Tea, both were delicious and crave-able! This restaurant will definitely be a go-to place for us now! ???
First time here and the food is not worth the price. Appetizers and our meal were overloaded with salt. I had two bites and could not eat anything else. Won’t be coming back here. I wish I had two more hands so I could give it four thumbs down.
