Gotta love Arby's greasy food.Either that or you hate it, there's not a whole lot of in-between.This Arby's did a decent job.They did the minimum and nothing more.
We were really looking forward to the Reuben sandwich and were so disappointed. The meat on the sandwich was almost non existent. The bread was soggy from sitting under a heat lamp. Sad.
Ordered my food. 2 kids meals 2 doubles and a half pound meal. With curly fries. Got 4 packets of sauce fine we can figure that out. But not 1 curly fry. Not even told no curly fries. Now their phone wont ring. If i wanted stupid crinkle fries id buy frozen fries for much cheaper than what we just paid. Not happy with this at all. Arby's used to be amazing. But i officially regret feeding it to my family.
It's been awhile since I've eaten here.And I was quite surprised to pull into a Full parking lot! And even more surprised by the quality of the food!I had the two for $6.00, which I chose the spicey Fish & the regular Fish sandwiches. What a Great surprise.They were very good, and alot to eat.Can't wait to try out the rest of the Menu. Wow, Arby's has put this store onmy new regular place to eat! Thanks ?
The counter help was poorly trained. My order was incorrect as well my fries being a container of leftover crumbs and pieces one staff took her break in the dining area watched vulgar media on her phone full volume while two other staff in the back screamed and argued at each other. I had been craving Arby's so we made a trip from big spring i think I'll wait till we get our own after this
I love the chicken strips a lot but the customer service is horrible. Every single time I’ve been here the person who takes my order through the drive through is rude and many have actually sighed when I add something. 40% of the time they they’re out of what I want!
Worse customer service ever!! Order taker got upset cause we changed one meal due to no au jus sauce. And we were over charged. Fries were disgusting, drinks were flat. Never again going to this Arbys. I’d rather drive to Odessa for some Arbys. Not to mention this the second time and we had bad customer service. Management needs to get it together.
I would give lower stars if I could. Worst run store on history. Unprofessional, crude, obviously all hate who they work for and what they do. I was flabbergasted and embarrassed to even go in there. They should have their franchise revoked. Worst example of how to do business ever
So......the service wasn't great. They were very annoyed with me forgetting to ask to hold the cheese on a couple of sandwiches. After a bit of a wait, the top couple of fries were warm. The rest, not so much. Maybe it was a bad day for several people all at once. Apathy is my bet.
Always love arby’s but would love it more if they would get my order right always missing something. This time wrong order all together.
