Normally purchase from here online due to location and it being convenient. After today it’s going to be awhile before they earn my business. The cashier was absolutely rude and had an attitude with every customer who walked in front of her. I understand the system was down and there were issues but customer service goes a long way and you absolutely won’t find that here. Whispering underneath breaths calling customers inappropriately names and disregarding any remorse for long wait times and if that’s isn’t enough wanting me to pay an additional amount for my online order which I had already purchased prior to arrival. Definitely surprised this location is still able to function.
Best wing stop food Is so fresh and I love how kind and respectful the cashiers are 10/10 definitely recommend this wing stop there ranch too is the bomb?
Too many people working at this location and they are super slow. They tell you 30 minutes and it’s more than 30 minutes. Plus every time I call in they can’t never understand anything or ask clear question super disappointed
Okay, this location hits. The wings are always cooked right. Quick service. When you walk in your acknowledged. Keep those lemon pepper wings coming.
Cool experience. TV went out in lobby during start of College basketball playoffs. Other than that everything was cool. Our associate was pretty cool.
The regular mild spicy wings from this Wingstop are good. The wings are large but thats not a bad thing. When I got there to pick them up they were hot and ready for me so the process was fast. This place can get busy during the weekends. The wings did satisfy me and were delicious.
Now I've been to this particular Wingstop before, actually twice before, my previous experience though lack luster and mediocre at best was far better than what I received last Friday. I ordered 10 piece classic meal with fries and a drink, everything was terrible, didn't even eat it. The chicken taste like wood that Dallas Cowboy hotsauce/pepper was terrible and had a tart taste. The fries were cold and the complaints from people waiting on their orders became hilarious. I knew my order sucked based off the two ladies in front of me complaining and waiting on fresh fries. I just settled because though I placed my order on line for pickup, it took forever. Never again, y'all suck!!!
Amazing wings!!Amazing fries !!! The always cook my wings well done whenever I ask for extra cook and extra sauces or anything that I ask and the fries are always so yummy and crispy and fresh and the have a good taste and I like the customer service all the cashiers there so nice ,so friendly and they always care about my food, and each cashier always ask for my name for check my order and asking me if I want to make a request for my wings, but the most important thing is when I place my order always asking me if I want to upgrade my drink or add any side on the side.or when they ask you :how are you day today or a simple smile they made you day ! I always gonna go back to this location.And all the managers there so nice,i have one of my favorite cashiers with a purple hair she so nice and friendly and so kind she always try to hurry up my order and she always care and treat our order with love and patient ,I LOVE WINGSTOP
The service that I received at this Wingstop was unparalleled. I think that he is the manager or something, but his name was Juan and he was absolutely great. He took my order quickly and provided the best service… smile included.
usually go here all the time but my last multiple visits have been bad i constantly ask for well done wings and get soggy soft wings last time i went, friday i ordered a 6 pice bone in half cowboy lemon hot half korean Q my lemon hot were just original hot and the korean sauce was barely on top of my wings it also didnt look like it was made correctly my wings were cold and i also asked for lemon pepper fries with a little seasoning i got an unbearable amount of seasoning will be going to cartwright for now
