I often do Doordash for this location and usually everything goes right. We receive the bags sealed for health reasons and so I don’t always know if all the items are right. I take my order to the custom and later get a call not everything is in the bag. When orders are wrong I don’t get paid extra for driving back and forth to fix Wingstop’s mistakes. I hope that the workers become more cautious and read the receipts to make sure that everything is in the bag. I don’t always get tips and so this is important because I won’t make any money from these little mistakes that can be avoided.
4/5/2022 @ 11:22 am I went inside this wing stop placed my order. Let’s just say over waiting and waiting people who placed there order after me received there order before I did. After another customer received they’re order before myself I then requested a refund. Advised cashier “Jennifer ” could I please get a refund. She didn’t even acknowledge me handing her my receipt. She then had this nasty attitude. Then stated that a manager will have to do it. So a gentleman came from the back processed the refund. I was apologized to from General Manager Christopher stated that the have an upgrade system. If the system was upgrade then how did all of the orders get placed. No answer. Also, please make sure your fries or chicken isn’t over cooked. Because they do not make it fresh they do recook the fries. Also, when I canceled my order I seen another cook placed the sauce chicken back into the deep fryer.
I’ve lived in this community for over years!!! Out of all the retail business in this area, this store is the worst and the people they hire are just as bad.you can tell they don’t pay well. We as consumers deserve better service for the amount of money this community spends with these businesses.the next city council meeting is coming up!!! I will make my voice heard.The franchise holders of this store needs to be held accountable.I’m going to make sure of it.
This was an experience of a lifetime this is my first time at this location went in to order my food watch employees eat behind the cooking station watch employees eat at the tables I was able to snap a couple of pictures I wouldn't recommend it
I ordered wingstop at 7 through Doordarshan. The Doordarshan lady has been waiting on our wings that had a delivery time at 841. It's 850 the lady is still waiting and my kids are hungryEvery time I order from this wingstop it's Bs. They need new managementUpdate.. supposedly my order was given to someone else...bs...
I ordered a party pack of wings last month for my daughter's birthday. I arrived home and noticed over half of the wings were very small, looked very dry and barely had any meat on them. I called the location and the manager on duty contacted the district manager Raymond to discuss my complaint. According to the manager on duty Raymond said he didn't have any control over the small wings because they are received from the vendor like this. I sent Raymond an email the following day and he responded to me the next day stating that he was going to issue me a credit. I reached back out to Raymond two weeks later to check on the status of the credit and he did not respond back to my email. The transaction took place 6 weeks ago and I am still waiting for a credit and a response from Raymond. Please check your wings before you leave the restaurant. This was a very disappointing visit and I honestly doubt if I will ever visit this location again.
Did an online order and ordered a family pack of 30. 18 were incorrect; wrong flavor. Keep in mind I was celebrating my sons birthday. I was on hold for 30 minutes before getting a hold of a manager. This manager was rude and not professional at all! Expected me to bring only the 18 pieces that were wrong. What about the fries and other pieces I ordered? Just going to replace the wrong ones while the other stuff gets cold!? This was your mistake not mine! Not the first time this Wingstop has missed up. Stay away from this one…I’m doing you a favor by telling you Don’t Order Here!
Another horrible experience with incompetent management. Order placed at 5:14 pm for a 7:45 pm pickup. Many would think that is plenty of time to make 10 wings, frys and drink, but it never is for this Wingstop. We arrived at 7:50, because they are always late, but at 8:04 to be told that it will be another 15 minutes Is ridiculous! Why even place an order anywhere but the store because clearly our order was not even looked at until 7:45, when the order was “supposed” to be ready. I know places are hurting for employees, but this is ridiculous.
Horrible service, been waiting for over an hour when I was quoted 30 min. The cashier kept saying it will be out in a little… when we finally asked that she go check, they hadn’t even started making our order. Will definitely not be back
I called to place an order for pick up because I was driving. It took me almost 20 minutes to get there, all the while no one ever picked up the phone. When I got there I had to wait another 10-15 minutes before anyone asked to take my order which I thought was odd since there was only one person in line ahead of me to order. As I was beginning to give her my order, she stated there was a 90- minute wait and then asked if it was ok... it was so not ok, so I turned around and left.
