Absolutely worst experience ever. I waited 25 minutes in drive thru for 3 taquitos and a honey butter biscuit. The person that took my money was very rude and after getting my food home it was terrible. The cheese on the taquito appeared to be an old slice that was just left out on the line for a few hours. The chicken on the biscuit was barely half a strip and there was no sauce at all on It. How does this location even stay in business when this is how they treat customers.
4/21 11:45pm-12amShoutout to the crew who was working tonight. Although drive thru was slow (understandably so, they’re short staffed) my food was fresh and perfect. The staff was also really nice despite being under a lot of pressure with a line of cars and not many employees. I hope they come across this review, thank you guys :)
This Whataburger location is a hit or miss. The order is either good and taste delicious or youre missing something and it tastes not so good and cold. So, beware cause it is a gamble. There was an instance were they forgot to put the grilled chicken in a grilled chicken salad. Hence, the gambling a person might do when deciding to eat here. Also, the dinning area always seems to be clean but it is kind of small. The drive thru takes its sweet time to send orders out. Fries are usually cold.
1. Counter staff is wearing a mask, but she has it pulled down, face isn't covered. Why wear it.2. She is consistently on her phone. She's the 1st person people meet and see. Cell phones should not be allowed while working.3. Floors are very slippery. Need to be mopped. Liability4. This used to be a nice Whataburger. Not anymore. Probably won't be back.
Horrible service, cold food, and rude staff. This is the third time they’ve messed up my order. I didn’t even bother taking it back this time, I definitely won’t be back.
Expect to spend at least 20-30 minutes in the drive through. Often hard for them to hear your order, and the menu is unreasonably tall. Even in the driver seat you have to contort your neck just to see the top half of the menu.
Let me start with whataburger is on my top 3 favorite burger places.But this location always has issues,to my luck it’s the closest to my job so I am force to come to this one .I had a free reward for honey chicken biscuit so I was happy to get a reward because I always come but to me it’s more like a punishment.To my surprise they had the audacity to just give me the biscuit with nothing on it not even slice and let’s not for get they were missing half my order so I had to remind them of it.I wish I can add 0 starts because any time I go to eat for lunch or breakfast there is always something wrong ,missing items and some times raw meat .I might just stop eating Whataburger while I am at work .Ps Food was Cold and I payed for jalapeño ranch and didn’t give it to me.
I guess great service and quality depends on what time you get there cause you shouldn't have to say hello at the drive thru or tell them thank you when leaving, hardly anyone knows the concept of good customer service these days
I love Whataburger but this location is the worst.The staff were very unprofessional, loud, crude, Saying the N word constantly. Place was dirty. Food took forever to come out and was cold.Although the manager was nice she has no control over her employees.
Not good, meat doesn't taste like before and every time we ask to take out an ingredient they keep failing to do so....... I really love whataburger and I hope it will get corrected
