Absolutely the worst WB I have ever been to. 45 minutes for 2 burgers and 1 fry. When it finally arrives, guess what? 1 burger AWOL. Mf ridiculous.
I wanna think the guy with braces for so much love towards my kids.Making sure my kids were happy. I appreciate the love. Definitely a great experience!Not knowing that I was Having a bad day just simply with him smiling and being generous to my kids made it all up.Once again thank you!! ???
My niece and I drove thru the drive thru at 7:35 am with only one car in front of us for her to grab a breakfast sandwich on the way to school. At 7:46 I was annoyed that we were not yet served. I was watching the very nice young man thru the window when a heavy set blonde older lady came to the window and offered me a refund to leave. She said I was making her employee nervous by looking thru the window. I told her I'm just trying to get my niece fed and to school and she mimicked me, called me rude and told me it had only been 9 minutes. I told her it was 11 min which is a wait for fast food when there was only one car in front of us and no one in the dining room, which you could see from my spot. She laughed at me and said this isn't fast food. It's whataburger, and a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. Come on. I've been here regularly and this is the first time someone was so rude and confrontational with me, the paying customer. I am inthe food service industry and totally understand sometimes things take time. But in this industry you do not attack your paying customers for being frustrated. I was not rude to anyone.
Drive thru order. Cashier was "EXTREMELY RUDE" over the speaker, and then told me that the speaker was not working properly. Ordered 3 different burgers. Each one was different. Total of order was $24 & change. Totally disgusted & dissatisfied. Your YOUNG Black Female needs some more training in the Customer service area. The food is too expensive to be talked to in such a manner. I'm a soon to be 66 years old in 3 months. The food is normally good.I think I will have to find other options to choose from as far as burgers are concerned. ???????
not sure whats up with this location. i ordered the breakfast burger combo w/ a sweet tea. what i got was a kids bun with meet patty, cheese and an egg. a side of hash browns, to put on the burger myself, no sauce or bacon or frys. un sweet tea and was charged the exact amount on the menu...no taxs. seems a bit sus, and not worth the $ or the 20+ min wait behind 1 other car. will not be back
They list on googlemaps an open dining room, but it is not. Since i dont do drive throughs, i cannot tell you how the food is, but i can tell you that i had an excellent dining experience at the ihop across the street. The atmosphere was clean and elegant, the staff, professional and courteous, the monster double cheeseburger and fries was out if this world, and my server, Casha, was friendly and quite becoming. Aside from gratuity, i didn't spend any more than i would have at the burgerdive across the street .
This particular location need to re-evaluate their employees. Some days service is amazing others it's a shame. There is no reason I should repeat my order 4 times and it still be wrong
I always like to visit these locations more than once because on one visit I had a great experience food hot and fresh great customer service this time when I went I still had great customer service the only problem was whoever was cooking the burger put my patio on upside down and I am going to show the pictures I don't know how you can mistakenly put the Patty upside down where the cheese is actually on the opposite side of the bun I have included the picture so you can see it I just really believe that this location needs to really thoroughly look at the workers and their background before they hire them and start sending anything out of the window
Terrible service, last time got home without checking the bag, half my food was missing…this time told just a moment and I will take your order, sat there for 20 minutes, watched every car in front get food and drive away…no one ever offered to take my order again, I just drove away. I would have pulled away sooner, but there was a curb keeping me in line until everyone was gone, 10pm on a Thur night, 5 or 6 cars in line behind me. Store at Military & 635
I gotta say that their customer service is good actually. They maybe be slow on making the food but I bet they are making it with passion, no wonder their food but so good!! Also, their was this one worker in one of the drive thru windows named started with a J was so kind and energetic! His customer service is pretty good in my mind, I wish something great will happen for him. Overall whataburger always have a special place in my heart. ❤
