Order #517040..I asked for a plain and dry whatacatch and did not get a plain and dry sandwich then to make matters worst the fries were old and cold. I need for them to do better, please. Management if you have to retrained the night crew please do so.
The staff is so unprofessional. If you ask a question they get fed up. The staff Always has an attitude when we come. The last few times I’ve came , at the window they don’t even say hello or goodbye or anything just super dry and honestly it’s really uncomfortable and I try my best to avoid this location. I feel like management needs to re-train them in customer service or social skills.
Poor Robert, he his trying his very best at managing the front counter by himself while you noticeably hear ALL of the staff including the manager yelling at him pulling him every which direction to do task for them while he is trying to take care of the customers that are dining in also throwing a fit when he can’t get the task done in time for other people. The only reason why I’m putting 5 stars for Robert props to him for remaining clam all while his co-workers are RUDE and made it very uncomfortable to eat inside
Staff always had an attitude. Then they burnt my burger. Like I understand the long wait times and being short staffed but the way they act is so petty. I’ve never had a restaurant burn my food this bad. They deserve 0 stars.
The people are nice but the service sucks.You will be waiting forever for your order that doesn't make sense. Even if you preorder. Even through drive thru. Even inside. And then sometimes it's not correct..it's the closest location to me.I really hate dropping going there.Avoid it if you could..Again staff is VERY friendly but SERVICE sucks..
What I do like about this location it has the old style Whataburger look from the 70's and 80's. 5 stars for this staff. They are short handed, the day I went no mobile ordering available there was 3 or 4 people working at busy lunch hour and they worked hard and fast. Food was made to order. What-a-go to the workers
Had breakfast platter. Eggs were ice cold. Asked for jalapeños biscuit, was told they were out. After I received my meal I heard other people order jalapeños biscuit and the were able to get them. Poorly managed restaurant. Cold food and poorly trained employees.
I was disappointed and irritated. I asked for cheddar biscuits and was told they didn't have any. Then, as I was eating my cold eggs and bacon, with my overcooked biscuit I heard two people order cheddar biscuits. Guess what,they had them! I would've waited for them to cook, but I was told they didn't have any.
The only thing worse than their food is their service. I love this place but this location is a joke, they never get your order right and the line is always incredibly long. If you wait 30 minutes in line for your food then the least they could do is get your order correct and have it freshly made. Chick Fil A and Griffs manage to do so, so it's not impossible.
Ordered a milkshake and they did not have them. We were asked if we wanted something else. Mind you there is a price difference between a milkshake and a soda. We declined and they shut the window without giving us a refund for the milkshake we paid for. It took a little bit to get our refund. We go home and we were missing fries. Will not be coming back.
