There was 11 people behind the counter. Three of them wearing manager polos. Yet it took 10 minutes for us to get our order taken at the breakfast bar and another 20 to get our food. The order wasn't complete and the bacon was undercooked and way to salty! Our counter area wasn't wiped down prior to seating us and the spot next to me remained unbussed and dirty our entire visit. The kitchen was dirty and I even had to wipe down the ketchup bottle before it was clean enough to use.
Food terrible doesn't taste good.. food cold place is nasty tables filthy the bottles of ketchup ,steak sauce and such on table looks like the never wipe or clean them had old sauce hard stuck on them tables nasty spots and sugar and silver ware has spots on them coffee doesn't taste good this place is not clean the waffles I have had way way better Like the waffles on Ross Avenue is cleaner then.this one things just look dirty dont get a clean atmosphere when.you walk in this place it's not fresh its nasty you feel nasty eating they need to work on the cleanliness the wait staff is somewhat friendly but I need to eat in a clean.caring place we are still in covid world
The best Waffle House I have been to in a while. Customer Service was awesome and food was delicious! Since Covid restaurants give poor service because they can,but this Waffle House staff went above& beyond!
If I could give you no stars I would!!!! This person handed my food to someone else. That's not what upset me, I walked in they acted like they did not know what my order was or the name for the order. The young lady figured it out in her head and said oh its my fault. She didn't apologize or try to come up with a solution, and I said its okay I'm on my break how much time do you think it will be. " she said I don't know he is making a big order." I called in my order at 9:30 then cam to pick up at 10:00am. The guy that she gave my food too brought my food back and she asked if I still wanted it! No I don't want an order someone brought back from their house! So she precedes to tell me it'll be a 45 minute wait.
My experience on Saturday the 22nd of January, 2022 was ok.I went to check out my charges on my bk acct, I saw two charges of the same amount at the same time. I tried calling. No one is answering the phone. I will calling the headquarters to get this straightened out. I won't be eating there again.
We were there at 1:15 waited for our booth, after seated no one came to ask what we wanted to drink. Waitress stood behind counter over on the side, not at booth asked if we knew what we wanted to eat, my husband told her we wanted our coffee served first then we would order. Waited and waited, she was doing other things and didn't bother bringing coffee, after several minutes we got up. And left, to which she rudely said have a nice day. Her whole attitude was rude from the time we sat down.They were not that busy there were 2 empty booths, and counter chairs available.We have been regular Waffle House customers for many many years. My husband did wiring on many waffle houses as an electrician.It's been our place to go for 30 yrs.However, if that is the kind of service they are offering now we will be finding a new place.There was absolutely no reason for any waitress to be rude to customers.The cook asked why we were leaving, my husband told him no service.We have eaten at waffle houses all over from FL to TX and never had service like it.Thank you.
Good food and staff was nice. The place is very, very cold to the point it seems they had air conditioning on?! I'm pretty sure it's warmer outside. Though maybe the kitchen heats up too much otherwise.
Very unprofessional and unconcerned.. Called to place a carry out order, the young lady pick up the phone after she noticed it was me and laid it down for twenty minutes.. This same young lady had an attitude with me on a prior order so she knew my voice being I patronize this particular location regularly.. So I left my phone on hold and drove up there, and ask for a Manager and physically showed him I’m still on hold while standing there.. One black male advised he was sorry, and the girl that laid the phone down admitted it was her with no concern.. By the this time another black male came and tried to ask if he could still take my order and I replied no, I’m good and proceeded to walk out.. I’ll will never patronize this business ever again.. Very unprofessional and didn’t care about my concerns..

Waitress very pleasant. The eggs were the best eggs I ever ate @ a Waffle House ?. The cheese ? 2 eggs ratio was perfect , & the jalapeños were actually cooked into the eggs & cheese & not just laid on top. Great job
