Sat at table waited 35 minutes before we were asked what we wanted to drink.Then waited another 20 minutes still no one took our order!We just left to much to deal with!I'm good on this location I'm tired of spending my money in places that are giving trashy service!The place wasn't full or anything why?
The server was good, all though him and the waitress was outside in a car, bus boy asleep at one end and possibly the cook sitting at the other end. What's not too like about a waffle from waffle house? Right!!!! The tables were all filthy filthy filthy, no ice in my water , plus extra stuff stuck around the rim and various places of my drinking glass.. I love waffle house . I would steer clear of this place. The food would be good , but the filthiness that surrounds you is horrible...
Okay... I'll start off by saying that they were severely understaffed. This particular night we went I believe was the 21st of April. We were down for a women's conference and the restaurant was pretty busy with only three staff trying to do everything. It wasn't very clean, But again, they only had three people working. one server, one cashier, one cook and one of those three were trying to do all three. He was however very polite. But there were no clean tables. We had to clean our own til the manager could stop to even greet us. Except for at least 30 minutes before anyone came to the table and another 15 minutes after that to get a drink of water. By time, it's time to cook our food. Everybody was clearing out so it got out relatively fast. It was okay. I was starving though too. Lol I feel like if this establishment had a better staffed shift, The experience might have been a little better. Felt bad for them. The one who appeared to be the manager did a great job. It just was a lot for three people to handle, especially with the conference right around the corner. But I appreciate their hard work. They were trying at least.
Even though they had a limited menu. The cook I assume may have also been the shift manager was absolutely wonderful. They made your people were distanced and they only allowed 3-4 groups in the restaurant at a time. This way they could clean and sanitize after those groups. He was very well knowledged when it came to cooking food. He said if you want to sign the board I'll call you when you come up I promise I cook fast. My boyfriend and I enjoyed the food we ordered.
I love the Waffle House, I'm a big Waffle House kid. Fast food, great service and home to ONE of the best breakfasts ever. Pork Chops nd Eggs triplescrambled cheese plate -SCATTERED, SMOTHERED, COVERED, AND CHUNKED...
Too much for 1 hour wait to be served even being seated at the front took that long and for the price I think next time I will go to IHOP. This was my second time the first one at a different waffle house was a lot better, I would ha e gone back to that one, but the drive is about 30 minutes ??♂️
When I walked in, I felt welcomed here and there food melts in my mouth perfectly and if you need lunch,dinner, or breakfast. This is the place to go. I hope yall do good in buisness!
The night employees are just bullies. They will serve you food on their own desire. If their business is slow, they let you take-out food and if they are busy, they will treat you disrespectfully in front of everyone. I work at a nearby business, I get off at 11pm and they know about it. They are really unprofessional and pathetic employees. Will never eat here. They are in food business, they should learn to feed everyone equally.
I'm not going to lie this was not our first choice but after 5 minutes at the IHOP we walked out very disappointed and I suggested Waffle House. We are so glad that we ended up here the service was excellent. The food was amazing... very friendly atmosphere. This is now one of our favorite places and we will be coming back!
