I have been going there for years but today on May 31, 2022 at about 5 p.m. the food was terrible. Usually the ribs are fall off the bone incredible, today they were burnt to the bone. The burgers were so over cooked that you choked trying to swallow them and the service was awful. Bad part is there was only 3 other customers in the restaurant.

I ordered the shrimp and chicken Alfredo pasta with no shrimp(allergic to it) found 3 pieces. Ordered and paid for extra bread sticks~didn’t get them. Ordered mashed potatoes and got queso instead. Spoke with the manager Lisa whom said she wouldn’t do anything unless I brought proof. Which is fine but I let her know I wasn’t driving out that way any time soon but I could bring pictures. She said no and hung up on me. This was a $50 order and all I wanted was, what was incorrect, corrected. You shouldn’t treat customers this way. I will reach out to corporate early the next business day and report her. Unacceptable!
The manager Bobby was awesome and the waitress Brianna was great. We definitely will be back. Food was great.
Went in, they took our name and how many people being seated. They jumped us and sat other people who came in after, was patient and waited to get seated. I got seated after being jumped over by 2 groups. Sat down, had waiters passing by and no one attending us or asking to take our drinks or order. It was not busy at all and had 4 waiters in one section and they were still struggling to get everyone's drinks and orders.
The Food was good but the wait staff was horrible,it took too long for the drinks and food orders,tickets were wrong and had to be corrected 3 times.. even though tips was included with the checks he tried changing them to get an additional tips we were embarrassed because we had a large party for my grandbabies birthday. My daughter was upset so she told the waiter to just take the extra tip since he tried to cheat us
Ordered from doordash and they forgot my side of macaroni and cheese which was the one thing I really wanted out of the whole order... there was supposed to be ice cream that came with the cheesecake. No ice cream came with this order . I also ordered an extra side of the whiskey glaze. But they only gave me the one that the dish comes with already. I paid extra for extra sauce... Then I tried to call and you just keep getting hung up on over and over and over again until finally somebody answers and then puts you on hold. But I get a $4 refund? You have one job to do... But the order that people paid for into the bag... Maybe double check it? I see I'm not the only one having problems with this location. Very disappointed. This is the second time I've ordered doordash in Dallas Texas with problems. Last time I didn't even get my order my money was just taken and nobody came and brought me my dinner. These restaurants are terrible in Dallas.
Family dining environment. We took 5 kids. Service was great, waitress was attentive. Not a single problem with our order.

Me and my wife were very excited to visit this chain after some years. They were short staffed with only 1 waitress who was doing her best to keep up. My complaint was the food was horrible. My kid loves pasta and she flat out spit it out on her plate it was so bad. Wife food was dry and hard and overcooked. My food wasn't the best either but I was so hungry ate about half of it. Need better cooks in the kitchen for sure to save this franchise location. This chains food is absolutely legendary but this one is definitely NOT IT!!
